HERE are the supplies that I used on this cute Halloween Card
Today is Gracie's 11th birthday!!
This girl likes Minions and loves cupcakes so I thought this was a perfect card for her.
Gracie's favorites at this age is still Shopkins and her new little birdie "Cheekie"
She loves spending time with her friends and HATES math (lol)
She is in 5th grade so this will be our last year to have her come in the mornings before school.
We took her out for her birthday dinner on Monday night to the restaurant of her choice...Steak 'n Shake!!
Sawyer joined us because we were caring for him while mommy was in labor with baby Lily
Sawyer loves his Gracie Girl!
The money Gracie found in her birthday card meant we got to take her shopping. We found out the good news of baby Lily while we were shopping and Gracie couldn't be more excited that the baby was not only a girl, but that they share the same middle name - Dale's sweet mamma, Katherine.
Sometimes masculine cards are the hardest to come up with. I love the Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper Pack. This stack has 48 sheets of 6x6 double-sided sheets (4 each of 12 designs). I needed some masculine cards for my fall birthdays and this paper that resembled a clouded sky was perfect for this card..
After cutting the Designer Paper to fit my card front (5 1/2 x 4 1/4) I was left with a 1 3/4" strip. The flap of my envelope is 2 1/4" so I added a coordinating piece of card stock so that nothing went to waste.
The trees are from the fabulous LOVELY AS A TREE stamp set and the airplane and sentiment is from SKY IS THE LIMIT stamp set from the 2016 Sale a bration period (January through March). Stay tuned - Sale a bration is not too far away!! You will have the chance to get FREE Stamp Sets and Accessories! And I would be honored if you would choose me as your demonstrator.
Today was the due date for our newest grand baby - but Little Miss Lilyanna Katherine showed up on the scene 3 days early! She weighed in at 7# 4oz and 20 inches long.
Let me indulge you in some cute first day photos
I was honored to be able to be Baby Lily's care-giver for her first hours because Mommy had some complications and was taken to emergency. (Lily was a home birth) It was scary, but we are extremely thankful that Jess is home, recovering, and reunited with her sweet peanut.
This is a card I made several years ago for a punch art class and I decided to make more of them for the store.
Paper Pumpkin has arrived, and I just love the kit for October! Shaker Cards!! How fun is that!!!
I hold a Paper Pumpkin Work Night - really it is not work at all, just fun! The third Thursday of the month I designate for anyone who is either on my team and subscribes to Paper Pumpkin or anyone who is a subscriber under me can come, free of charge.
Patty worked on 2 previous Paper Pumpkin Kits and was thrilled with her progress
I started out by sponging the punched out leaves with Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzazz and Cherry Cobbler, then I saw this idea on the Paper Pumpkin Fan Club Facebook Page by Melanie and loved it! In fact, I loved it so much I decided to make all my cards the same. I changed it up a bit by pulling out a retired Happy Thanksgiving stamp from my stash called HOLIDAYS & WISHES. Perhaps you have this set too, or a favorite "Happy Thanksgiving" stamp. Maybe you don't want your card to be a Thanksgiving card. You can always use the wonderful stamps that come in your kit. - or even make it a great fall themed birthday card or "thinking of you" card.
Can you see the difference in these next 2 cards?
Yup, I forgot to stamp and adhere the colored squares behind my cut out leaves. It really does make a difference.
And look how great these cards coordinate with the treat containers I made. I decided to give a card and a treat to our new neighbors at Thanksgiving time. It is hard to see the little sequins when the card is standing up, but I can't help but think how much fun all our neighbor's little kids will love shaking these cards and seeing them sparkle.
I love it when things "fall" together like this.
I am always promoting the Paper Pumpkin and would love to have you subscribe with me. Just click HERE to get started.
And here is a fun video to watch showing you what is in the kit.
Another Tuesday to COME STAMP WITH ME!! Tuesday's surely is one of my favorite days because of all the wonderful ladies that COME TO STAMP WITH ME!!
These are the 4 cards that are out for them to make today...
Always need a masculine card on hand - The Open Sea to the rescue!! Inspired by Carol King
Couldn't resist making another cute scarecrow for the fall using COOKIE CUTTER CHRISTMAS and TEENY TINY WISHES.
Don't forget about the Designer Paper Sale going on right now
Have I told you lately that I LOVE the stamp sets COOKIE CUTTER CHRISTMAS & COOKIE CUTTER HALLOWEEN? Seems like every time I turn around I find another fun thing to make using these fun stamp sets.
This is a card that we made at one of our Stamp a Stack Classes and then I made a matching treat for the Craft Sales!
Isn't this little eskimo the cutest thing??
Here is a display of each stamp from both sets.
4 cute characters in the Halloween Set
And 5 cute characters in the Christmas Set
These treats are mini treat holders inspired by Brenda Quintana
Brenda used the Mini Hershey Candy Bars for her treats but I had Hershey Nuggets on hand so I changed up the dimensions to hold the Nuggets.
HERE is what I came up with...
Cut your card stock
Score at 1/2",
Here are the links so you can purchase these fun stamp sets for yourself...

Another special order card.
This time the recipient is a University of Michigan Super Fan.
U of M is having a fabulous year (so I am told by my U of M loving hubby)! So far they are on a winning streak with no losses. If you are a sport fan, you know this is a big deal. Thanks for stopping by! ChristiPin It Now!
This week we celebrated another first born baby at our church. This time the shower took place after the baby was born so I knew it was a sweet little girl that we were celebrating. In fact I got to hold sweet Sophia Grace for nearly half of the party time!! What a honey!! These are the Thank You notes that I made for Sophia's mommy to use for all the wonderful gift givers from the shower.
I decided to emboss the flap of the envelope with the CABLE KNIT Embossing Folder. This Embossing Folder is so amazing! It is twice as thick as your normal Embossing Folder that when you crank it through the Big Shot you only need ONE of your Clear Plates, and it gives you a DEEP impression as you can see.
A cute, coordinating tag to complete the package...
These are the cards that will be out for all of you to make when you COME STAMP WITH ME today! My craft room is open and you can make as many or as few as you want/need for only $1.50 each. All I ask is that you bring along your own adhesive to help keep the cost of the classes affordable.
First off we have the Christmas card of the week. I spotted this beauty on Diana Gibbs blog but she was showcasing her friend Marlene so I have no blog to link you to...sorry, but isn't it stunning!!
Card #2 is also so stunning! I was inspired by Vicki Burdick on Pinterest. I chose to use the FLOWER SHOP Stamp Set and WETLANDS
Card #3 is a fun one and it is my first time to use the JAR OF LOVE Stamp Set/Bundle. I look at this card two ways - it could either represent love flowing into your life (your jar) or it could represent your love flowing out to those around you. Which way do you see it?? There are other words in the set (Hello, Love, and Friend) You get to choose which word works best for you.
Last but not least a fun birthday card with some glimmer! I use the PERFECT PAIRINGS Stamp Set from this past Sale a bration for my Happy Birthday to you.
Just a reminder that you can shop with me 24/7 and even in your pj's by clicking HERE and using the HOSTESS CODE for October UX7TVCJZ when you check out.
The next incentive trip is ALASKA!! and every order gets me one step closer to my goal. I have always wanted to go there and this would be a great opportunity. I have yet to earn the Incentive Trip with Stampin' Up! and I am just itching to earn this one. Will you help me??
Time again to brag on my team members and all the beautiful cards that they shared at our team meeting.
Carla was on a roll making cards. She made this one for Donne for her birthday and the next 2 Fall themed cards for the craft sale we were in on Saturday
So stunning
Inez shared this cute card she made using the Hostess Exclusive stamp set LOVE YOU LOTS
Want to see more exclusive Hostess sets? All you need to do is host a workshop to earn the ability to buy these at a discount.
She also made these... She featured how you can stamp right onto the Designer Paper for a quick and easy card.
Want to supports a good cause? This stamp set is from the stamp set MY HERO and it is the designated stamp set to support the Ronald McDonald House. Each year Stampin' Up! designs a stamp set and then donatess a portion of each sale to the Ronald McDonald House.
The card on the left is a gift card holder given to her for her birthday.
And with these two she showed how to "step-up" your card by adding layers
Lynda made this adorable card for her daughter's engagement party. She used the colors of the wedding, Yellow and Purple, and the bride plans to carry sunflowers. I love how we can design our cards exclusively for the occasions.
Paula made this beautiful easel card that has one of the little tea light size, battery operated lights behind the vellum. She used the stamp set JAR OF CHEER, and I am so thankful that we got a HOLLY BERRY PUNCH
Last, but not least, Dawn shared this quick and easy masculine card using a favorite stamp set WETLANDS
Help me give a shout out to the gals for their fabulous cards!!
I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since February 2008 and I LOVE IT! I have been married to Dale, the little boy I fell in love with when we were only 5 years old, for 45 years now. Our three adult children and our married-in children and our 7 wonderful grandchildren are our joy and delight. I am so thankful that they all support me in my Stampin' Up! business. My blog content is my sole responsibility and Stampin’ Up! does not endorse my website.
