Healing Hugs Window Box

We arrived home from ONSTAGE yesterday and now there is a LOT to do.
I had some WINDOW BOXES left from last years craft sales so I wanted to revamp them for this year.
I cased (copy and share everything) this idea from Brenda Quintana at Qbee's Quest.

How are mine different? I have the cut outs along the sides, bottom and top, because originally my boxes held a battery tea light so the light could illumine through the sides.

My ribbon was/is very vanilla so I stamped the flower from HEALING HUGS onto Very Vanilla using HIGHLAND HEATHER ink with the leaves in GRANNY APPLE GREEN.

My Hugs and Kisses wishes are from a retired stamp set called GOOD GREETINGS. However, Brenda used the words HUGS & KISSES from the HEALING HUGS stamp set using a Stampin' Write Marker.
The Scallop Circle is made with the CHAMPAGNE FOIL. I cheated a bit, and cut some out using my Scan 'n Cut to save time, but I love, love, love the smaller scallops of the LAYERING CIRCLES FRAMELITS.
The final Craft Sale of the season is coming up this Saturday, November 17th from 9am - 2pm at the Hudsonville High School 5051 32nd Ave, Hudsonville.
We hope you will join us for great items like these.  Perfect for stocking stuffers, table settings, teacher gifts, etc.

Thanks for stopping by today!

SALE A BRATION BROCHURE

It's Valentine Week!

Time to share the love!!

I was approached to make Valentine Cards for our local Veterans and was asked to extend this to the gals on my team and anyone who is in my circle of stamping.

Look at all these great Valentines! I just love how many we were able to collect!

This is how the card opens - very non-traditional, but super cute!

This card was made and donated by Lynda

This darling Panda Valentine was made and donated by Pauline

Jodie made and donated this Valentine card

These next cards were all made and donated by LuAnn

I love this cute card inspired by Pauline Poindexter on the Demonstrator Planning Place Facebook Page.
The Party Pandas Stamp Set that you can get FREE during Sale a bration (with a qualifying order) seems to fit so perfectly with Valentines Day!
Do you remember this pile of items that I cut out while watching the Big Game?

Can you spot the Party Pandas on the left? Now you know what I used them for!!

I love the sweet blend of Real Red and Pinks (Pink Pirouette and Melon Mambo) that are on  this Card Inspired by Chat W.
For the diagonal stripe piece I simply cut a piece of Whisper White 4" x 2 3/4" and using a ruler and a Marker and with the help my grid paper, I created my own Designer Paper.

THIS LITTLE PIGGY sure looks happy that it is Valentine's Day!  Card inspired by Penny McCallum on the Demonstrator Planning Place Facebook page.

This one was made using the January Paper Pumpkin kit. Card inspired by Cynthia Otto on the Paper Pumpkin Fan Club Facebook page. Stay tuned for more Paper Pumpkin cards at a later date! - You are going to love it!!

Moon Baby Meets Mr Froggy

I am going to miss this cute little froggy.  He is in one of the Hostess Exclusive Stamp Sets. The moon is from the set called MOON BABY and I am thrilled that it is carried over to the NEW Annual Catalog. The splashes are from the April Paper Pumpkin, but any splashes will work and there are several out there. Check out all the links below. I inked up the moon and hanging star with the Archival Black (omitting the baby image) then stamped the froggy in place.  After I was all done water coloring I just connected the moon to the frog with my Black Stampin' Write Marker using the fine tip side.

STAMPS: Love You Lots, Moon Baby, Good Greetings

Card Stock: Daffodil Delight, Basic Black, Shimmer White

INK: Archival Black, Soft Sky

FUN Stuff: Stampin' Write Marker (black - from the Neutrals pack), Watercolor Pencils in Daffodil Delight and Old Olive), Enamel Shapes, Sponge

If you want to get your hands on Hostess Exclusive Stamp Sets you can book an in-home party (my home or yours) and once your sales reach $150 you can use your hostess dollars to purchase an exclusive stamp set.

Another way to get a Hostess Exclusive Stamp Set is by gathering up orders from friends for a 'virtual' party - or perhaps you have enough items that you want for your self.  You can purchase whatever you need at my on line store 24/7, and if your total is $150 or more instead of putting in the Hostess Code you will be your own hostess and can purchase a Hostess Exclusive set with your Hostess Dollars.  Check out all the links below...

Many of the retiring items are sold out already so don't delay!!

Special Order Cards

This card was made using the SHELTERING TREE stamp set and a (retired) set called GOOD GREETINGS.  A guy in our church owns a bicycle shop and I will get special orders from them from time to time and they always need to include a bike.  I was inspired by a card made by Michelle Last on Pinterest

I am always thankful for the special orders!! Keep 'em coming!!

Tomorrow December 15ht is the last day to place your Stampin' Up! order if you want it to arrive by Christmas.  Click HERE to start shopping and please use this HOSTESS CODE when checking out!!  I really appreciate your business!!

COME STAMP WITH ME

These are the cards that will be out for all of you to make when you COME STAMP WITH ME today!  My craft room is open and you can make as many or as few as you want/need for only $1.50 each.  All I ask is that you bring along your own adhesive to help keep the cost of the classes affordable.

First off we have the Christmas card of the week. I spotted this beauty on Diana Gibbs blog but she was showcasing her friend Marlene so I have no blog to link you to...sorry, but isn't it stunning!!

Card #2 is also so stunning! I was inspired by Vicki Burdick on Pinterest. I chose to use the FLOWER SHOP Stamp Set and WETLANDS

Card #3 is a fun one and it is my first time to use the JAR OF LOVE Stamp Set/Bundle.  I look at this card two ways - it could either represent love flowing into your life (your jar) or it could represent your love flowing out to those around you.  Which way do you see it??  There are other words in the set (Hello, Love,  and Friend)  You get to choose which word works best for you.

Last but not least a fun birthday card with some glimmer! I use the PERFECT PAIRINGS Stamp Set from this past Sale a bration for my Happy Birthday to you.
Just a reminder that you can shop with me 24/7 and even in your pj's by clicking HERE and using the HOSTESS CODE for October UX7TVCJZ when you check out.
The next incentive trip is ALASKA!! and every order gets me one step closer to my goal.  I have always wanted to go there and this would be a great opportunity.  I have yet to earn the Incentive Trip with Stampin' Up! and I am just itching to earn this one.  Will you help me??

Thanks for stopping by!
