Everyone who places an ONLINE ORDER  *cannot be combined with a free class offer*(minimum $50) and uses the December Hostess Code during the month of December will receive a package of DESIGNER ELEMENTS
Here is what Stampin' Up! says about the Designer Elements:
Designer Elements are adhesive-backed metallic accents with hand-antiqued look. Antiqued finish may vary slightly between pieces.
* 36 pieces--12 each of 3 colors: antique copper, antique gold, antique silver
* 8 mm

Sorry that I don't have a special New Year card to share with you.
I'm just happy to have some new cards to share. Trying to stick with current stamp set and the FLORAL ESSENCE stamp set was one of the first ones that I bought when it came out in the Annual Catalog.
I cased this card from Donna Ross in Texas.
I absolutely adore the new Seaside Spray In-Color, wishing it was in our standard line of colors.
This will be one of the cards that we will be making at a future class.
Check out the coordinating ribbon. The burlap center is edged with the coordinating Seaside Spray.
The leaves are punched with the LEAF PUNCH, but there is no coordinating die for the flowers so since I am just sitting around, I took the time to cut them all out to make the class go quickly.
You cannot believe how much fussy cutting that I have been doing while just sitting here.
Here are the products that I used on this card:
Stamp Set Floral Essence #149450
Card Stock: Seaside Spray #150883, Whisper White Thick (for the card base) #140272, Whisper White #100730
Ink: Seaside Spray #150085, Mossy Meadow #147111
Tools: Stitched Rectangle Dies #148551, Leaf Punch #144667, Scripty 3D Embossing Folder #149634, 3D Embossing Folder Plate #149658
Ribbon: 1/2" Scalloped Linen Ribbon - Seaside Spray #149707

Thanks a Bunch

Monday, December 30, 2019
I have been playing with a bunch of our new products that are coming out in the New Mini Catalog and the Sale a bration brochure, but I hate to post too much of the new stuff since you cannot buy it yet. Only a few more days and it will be a GO, GO, GO!
So this card that I am sharing with you today was cased from one I saw on Pinterest, but there was no link to a demonstrators blog, nor could I see who created it.
While I am recovering I am able to get up periodically throughout the day using my scooter to get around and then I will work right here in the kitchen creating cards for classes, etc.
My poor hubby, I have sent him down to my craft room MULTIPLE times to fetch product that I need.  Bless his heart! I'm sure he will be glad when this season of healing is over.
The Beautiful Bouquet stamp set that I used for the sentiment is my go-to set for great sentiments.
Today I head out soon to go to the doctor to get the cast off and stitches out. Hopefully we will have some really good news.
Here are the products that I used on todays card:
Stamp Sets: Beautiful Promenade #146842, Beautiful Bouquet #143666 (the sentiment)
Card Stock: Whisper White Thick for the base (makes your card more sturdy) #140272, Whisper White #100730, Granny Apple Green #146990
Ink: Rich Razzleberry #147091, Melon Mambo #147051, Terracotta Tile #150086, Mossy Meadow #147111
Stampin' Blends: Light Mossy Meadow #148545
Tools: Swirls & Curls Embossing Folder #147923, Beautiful Layers Dies #147043
My sweet friend (and member of my downline team), Janell came for a visit yesterday and brought this beautiful basket of fresh fruit.
With everyones minds turning towards a new year and possibly some self care with weight loss, this gift was perfect.
Everyone who places an ONLINE ORDER  *cannot be combined with a free class offer*(minimum $50) during the month of December will receive a package of DESIGNER ELEMENTS

For All You Dutch Boys & Girls

Friday, December 27, 2019
While I am just sitting here, recovering, I REALLY miss being in my craft room creating cards and planning classes for everyone. Especially since we have the new MINI catalog and the Sale a Bration Brochure soon to be available for all of you to purchase from.
I've worked in advance to plan for my Stamp a Stack classes (you can see the dates and times on the right side bar of this blog), and for the very popular COME STAMP WITH ME TUESDAY open house style classes.
But in the mean time...
Here are some great cards for all you Dutch boys and girls:
This first card was inspired by Jackie Bolhuis. While she shares the same last name as my mother-in-law (maiden name), she is no relation. Such a shame, because she is such a talented demonstrator, and I would love to claim her as family.
What I changed up: The sentiment.  While the sentiments in the stamp set are pretty cool, I thought that a standard birthday card would sell better.
These next 2 cards were inspired by stampinsimple

I changed up the sentiments on these 2 cards as well, using the oh, so cute, SPECIAL SOMEONE Stamp Set from the new Mini Catalog, and the happy birthday from the December Paper Pumpkin Kit.
I thought that the BLUEBERRY BUSHEL ink was the best choice and closest to the delft blue that you see connected with all the Dutch souvenirs.
We live so very close to Windmill Island in Holland, Michigan, but sadly we do not always take the chance to visit it often. I'm thinking we need to be sure to get there this spring when all the tulips are in bloom. It is absolutely gorgeous then!
In fact, Dale and I both sell our products (cards for me - of course, and soaps, lotions, candles, etc for Dale) in a cute little store right downtown called Mayberry & Co. These cards should be especially popular in the spring at that little store.
Stamp Set: Winds of Change, Special Celebration, Special Someone, December 2019 Paper Pumpkin
Tools: Stitched Rectangle Dies
ALSO:
Everyone who places an ONLINE ORDER  *cannot be combined with a free class offer*(minimum $50) during the month of December will receive a package of DESIGNER ELEMENTS

Free Skate

Thursday, December 26, 2019
What a fun twist on the stamp set, FREE SKATE.
I am part of a Tutorial Medley Group of 30+ demonstrators all over the US.
Each month we each create a card with a tutorial instruction sheet. We use these tutorials for our customers and for the demonstrators in our down line.
This particular card was created by Connie Babbert, and I am offering ALL 30+ tutorials FREE to you with your minimum $50 purchase.
Each month there will be a new crop of tutorials for you with your minimum order.
This was one of my favorites and I wanted to recreate it, using Connie's instructions.

Our 2 oldest grandkids love to roller skate so I thought this would be a fun card, and it was fun to put together as I am recovering.

The stamp set FREE SKATE is still available through January 2 and if you buy it as a bundle you will save 10%. It sells for $45.00 so all you would need to do is add another $5.00 to your order to qualify for the FREE tutorials (all 30+ of them)
The Designer Paper that is used is called FOLLOW YOUR ART, #149489 $11.50
ALSO:
Everyone who places an ONLINE ORDER  *cannot be combined with a free class offer*(minimum $50) during the month of December will receive a package of DESIGNER ELEMENTS

Merry Christmas!

Wednesday, December 25, 2019
Joy, Joy, for Christ is born, the babe the Son of Mary! ~ What Child is This?
We sang this song at church earlier this month and it just struck me that so many do not personally know this Jesus who grew to be our Saviour!
We celebrate Jesus' birthday today! I pray that you, too, are celebrating the Reason for the Season!
I pulled out my favorite Christmas stamp set called FIRST CHRISTMAS.
I love it because Christmas is all about baby Jesus!
Praying that you all have a wonderful Christmas, celebrating with your family and friends.

More Cards in the Mail!

Tuesday, December 24, 2019
I hope you can get some inspiration from the cute cards that I have received in the mail. I feel so loved and blessed.
This first card is from Donna - I love how she added both Dale's and my name to the mittens - Thank you, Donna
This second one from Debbie has a fun pop up feature.
I've been wanting to do this technique for so long, but have never made it a priority. As a sneak peak feature - there are some DARLING stamps in the new Mini Catalog and Sale A Bration Brochure that will be PERFECT for this technique - Can't wait to give it a go. Thank you for the inspiration, Debbie! Debbie used the SNOWMAN SEASON Bundle. Which you can still purchase through January 2 as a bundle and save 10%
This third card is from Janell. Doesn't the Cable Knit Embossing make you feel all warm and cosy?? - Such a beautiful card, thank you, Janell!
This last card is also from Janell. LOVE this little turtle from BACK ON YOUR FEET Stamp Set, and how perfect for a get well card, especially now that I am off my feet.  So cute! It made my day, Janell!
Everyone who places an ONLINE ORDER  *cannot be combined with a free class offer*(minimum $50) during the month of December will receive a pathe DESIGNER ELEMENTS

Hand stamped Christmas  card from my friend, Betty
Hand Stamped Get Well card from my friend, Karen
This last one is a gift box containing some yummy Ghiradelli chocolates from my friend Inez.
How wonderful to have good friends in your life. We have been blessed with meals and goodies. Dale is taking 2 weeks off work and because of Christmas and New Years, he actually gets more time off to be able to help me out.
Tuesday's class went well. The gals who come are very familiar with me craft room so if there was something they needed, they were able to go down and get it. At night, Dale helped me complete the cards that were not made up. It was a long day sitting in the chair, so the next day I was happy to be back in my bed with my foot elevated above my heart.
I'm sure this will be a real test for me to try not to do too much. and to stick with the "up only 10 min at a time" rule.  The kids and grandkids are all coming tomorrow to celebrate our family Christmas so it will be another day sitting in the chair, but with everyone I love around me, I'm sure it will be a super enjoyable day!
The CLEARANCE RACK continues to be updated as things sell out. I hope you were able to get some items that you were wishing for.

What is a Share?
A Paper Share is a sampling of new designer paper from Stampin’ Up!  It allows you to see, feel and use the paper before buying the full packs of your favorites!  When you reserve a designer series paper share with me, I will order all of the new paper from the latest Stampin’ Up! catalog, cut it up, package it, label it, and reship it to you so that you have a sampling of all of the new papers listed in this post.  This is usually about 1/4th the cost of purchasing all of the new paper packs yourself. This way you can see, feel, touch and use the paper and reorder your favorites in my online store.
A Ribbon Share & an Embellishment, just like the Paper Share is a sampling of all the new ribbons and embellishments from the new catalogs. You get to test out the ribbons and embellishments that you love and then you may order full packs of the ones you use most.
