Thank You Cards

Today I am sharing a couple cards that I received from a couple of the gals on my team who attended the Team Retreat

This first card was made by Sue P (we have several Sue's on our team) - Gotta love the starburst Designer Paper from The FULL OF LIFE 6x6 pack

The second card is from Inez

Inez used the LOVELIEST TREE stamp set/bundle

This next card was from Sue N

Sue uses a ton of the awesome kits that Stampin' Up! offers and I believe this card was made from one of those.

Great American Stampin' Cruise Swap Cards Part 3

We had such a good time on our Stampin' Cruise to Alaska. It was also so great to be able sail with these ladies, but also to have my hubby there with me,

Here are 5 more swap cards that I received on our cruise

Card #1 was made by Laurie Moorehead. She used FULL OF LIFE DSP

Card #2 was made by Bobbie Meyer. She used the SEASIDE WISHES Bundle for this beautiful seaside card. Her colors are Very Vanilla and Misty Moonlight. She also used the SWIRLY Embossing Folder.

Card #3 was made by Joan Barnard. Joan is the mother-in-law to Brandi Barnard. I think that all of the products she used are retired, but I could be totally wrong. I might not know my catalog as well as I thought.

Card #4 was made by Dianna Muller. Dianna used the LABELED WITH LOVE Stamp Set. What's cool about this set is that is bundles with a choice. You can choose to bundle it with a die set which has three of these shapes, or you can bundle it with a punch that punches out one shape at a time. She also used the 2024-2026 In Color DSP and Petunia Pop color theme. Dianna was one of the gals who sat at my crafting table.

Card #5 was made by Julie Salva. I think it's so cool that she made a Christmas card. I wish I had thought of that. Her sentiment stamp came from GREETINGS OF THE SEASON. The dies are from GOLDEN GREENERY - one of our ONLINE EXCLUSIVE sets. All the tag is from GREETINGS OF THE SEASON. I am not sure which Specialty Paper she used to die cut the sprigs.

Moon Lake Birthday

Yesterday was another special birthday for one of my former day care kids
Lake's milestone this year is 20!  Can you believe it??
Look at this cutie from years gone by...

Now he is a sophomore in college. Oh, my heart!!
This is the card that I made for Lake for his birthday.

 inside:

This technique is called ECLIPSE and it was inspired by Teresa Chavez.
What I changed up:
I made mine into a card, whereas Teresa made a hanging plaque, and I added the happy birthday from TEENY TINY WISHES
The retired stamp set, MOON LAKE, worked perfectly. And since the card is larger than the normal 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", I had to make my own envelope using the ENVELOPE PUNCH BOARD, and some retired Envelope Paper.

I appreciate all of you so very much! I couldn't do it without you.

Thanks Coach! and Congratulations!

This is a card that I made for Kelly to give to her basketball coach at the end of her basketball season. . It is hard to believe that 13 years ago she was just a 5 month old baby and spent her days at Auntie’s house. Now here she is all grown up and playing on the 7th grade Basketball Team. GO KELLY!!! Of course, it doesn’t surprise us that she made the team. I was able to make only one of her games, but I was glad to at least get that one game in – thanks to my sweet hubby who stayed with the kids so I could go. Now, that’s special !!

This is Kelly #14 and here she is shooting a free throw - what form!

MENU:

SS: Just Basketball, Phrases For a Friend, All in the Family, Family Phrases, Family Accessories, Full of Life
CS: Only Orange, Basic Black, WW, Vellum
INK: StazOn Jet Black, Only Orange, Markers: Only Orange & Brilliant Blue
Accessories: Dimensionals to pop up the basketball

Keeping with the whole basketball theme, this is a card I made for a gal from church who made All-Area Girls Basketball-West. According to the write up in our local newspaper she is a two-year varsity started as a junior in high school. I would say that speaks volumes about her great skills as a basketball player. Congratulations, Hannah!!

So For Now…

Happy Stamping!!!
