Team Shares Part 4

Friday, July 24, 2020
Today's team share cards were shared by Anna
A fun Shaker card using Bonanza Buddies Stamp Set. What little kid wouldn't love to get a fun interactive card like this.
Pretty color choices using the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set
Under My Umbrella is the stamp set Anna used for this card
Just a note - perfect! I love the Music From the Heart stamp set and was sad when it didn't carry over to the Annual Catalog
Taco 'bout AWESOME!  Super fun card using Witty-cisms Stamp Set that was in the January-June Catalog.  Anna added some Fine Tip Glue Pen glue to the taco shells so that they have a gloss.
Field of Flowers is the stamp set that Anna used for this off-set card - very nice!
Anna also took charge of our Make & Take for this meeting and we made these cute Post-It Note holders. She decided to theme it around the "Share Sunshine" theme that the June Paper Pumpkin was all about. The stamp set is Painted Poppies with the colors being Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry.
She even purchased the Mini Paper Pumpkin Boxes and coordinated it to match the Post-It Note Holder. She tucked the Post-It in the box and added some yellow themed candies and treats and it will be a perfect gift to give someone to brighten their day. Great job, Anna!

Weekly Challenge

Monday, June 1, 2020
Last weeks weekly challenge was to take this sketch challenge by Dawn Griffith
I shared the card that I made with them to show how they do not need to use just those colors or even the square as I used a circle
I will let you know that right off, I "cheated" as I saw my former up-line make one like this. I used the NEW stamp set A GRAND KID that is in the NEW Annual Catalog for the "Congratulations!"
The cap and tassel is a non-Stampin' Up! die (sorry)
However - I did tell them that I am challenging myself to make a new card every day using this layout.
The first team member to participate in the Sketch Challenge is Barb - and what a pretty card she made...
She use the Painted Poppies Dies and she did say that the center circle die is non-Stampin' Up!
TOMORROW is the LAST DAY to take advantage of the retiring products. Check out the link below...
Anna made this sweet baby card with the Bird Ballad DSP and the WITTY-CISMS stamp set (still available to purchase through June 2nd - get it now before it is too late)

Karen made this nautical themed get well card using SAILING HOME Stamp Set
Our newest team member, Stephanie, shared these two cards she made when she did a video stamping time with her up line.
Sue decide to use her Memories and More card pack to make her weekly challenge.
Lynda used her Magnolia Designer Paper for this weeks challenge but what is so cool is that she combined it with the NEW Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder. I already LOVE this Embossing Folder!!
Karen sent another challenge card. As she was creating this card she realized it qualified as our layout challenge.  So very cool!
Rachel sent in another seascape card! I just love how everyone has put their own personality into their cards, and they are all so cute and different using the same layout
Inez made 2 cards using the same layout, and I love them both. Just an FYI the We'll Walrus Be Friends stamp set (on the left) is on the retired list and the Butterfly Gala stamp set (right card) is carried over to the new annual catalog that goes live on Tuesday!!

Weekly Challenge: Baby Cards

Monday, April 20, 2020
Last weeks Team Weekly Challenge was to make a Baby Card
This has been so much fun to see everyone's ideas and I am sure there will be many casing going on!!, but then that's what its all about - right??!!
Lynda took advantage of the scallop edge note cards and the WITTY-CISMS Stamp Set
I just love them
Brenda (whose idea it was for us to make a baby card this week) made this darling baby card using the Animal Outing Stamp Set and made it a Z-Fold. I simply love baby cards, don't you?!!
Karen made this precious card. I really love the Large Letters Dies and wish they were still available.
Inez sent this one. She said that she was inspired by Erica Cerwin, and that there is a pocket inside to hold a gift card - super sweet!
Rachel made this darling baby lamb card and used some Purple Posy Designer paper from the Dressed to Impress paper stack.
This cute little giraffe was made by Pam. I've been to MANY baby showers where the theme was giraffes - so cute! the stamp set is called Zoo Review
Carla made this ruffley Elephant card, and said she wanted to use us some other retired ribbon. I love the bow on the elephants butt!! Personally I just love elephants!!
Chris submitted this card. The stamp set is called WE MUST CELEBRATE. I never bought it this one, but isn't this just the cutest thing too?  And once again the Large Letter Dies make it a stand out.
Anna made this cute baby card with the ANIMAL OUTING Stamp Set.
These last 2 cards are the ones that I made. I used elements cut from each card to use on the other one. The stamp set is WILDLY HAPPY

A Basket Full of Berries

Saturday, March 21, 2020
Happy first full day of SPRING!!
Of course strawberries are a Summertime fruit, we actually have been enjoying the berries grown in Plant City Florida, giving us a hunger for the sweet treats of Summer.
I was inspired by Wendy Cranford  to make the cute strawberries using the Heart Punch found in the Mini Catalog as well as the adorable Witty-cisms Stamp Set. Wendy has a creative way of how to make the basket, but since I had the retired steel ruled die that made a basket I thought that I would skip that step (or two) and just cut out a basket for all the ladies who will come to stamp on Tuesday.
The Embossing Folder used on this card is the BASKET WEAVE 3D Embossing Folder. #151797
You may choose the Embossing Folder of your choice with a $50 ONLINE order through March 31st.
So not only do you get FREE product with every $50 purchase during Sale A Bration...

Poppy Moments Dies

Thursday, February 20, 2020
Such a pretty card using some Vellum
Did you know that Stampin' Up! sells colored Vellum Card Stock?
Perennial Essence Vellum (#149101) comes in 3 colors: Old Olive, So Saffron and Petal Pink, but when you don't have the color you need all you need to do is use the clear Vellum Card Stock (#101856) and color it with a sponge (#141337) and Ink. In this case we used Blackberry Bliss  (#147092).
I did find that if I wanted to spritz the card with Champagne Shimmer (#147074) it was best to do it before you added the flowers, as it made the colors run a bit.
Stamp Set: Witty-cisms (#151686)
Card Stock: Whisper White Thick (#140272), Whisper White (#100730), Mossy Meadow (#133676), Blackberry Bliss (133675)
Dies: Poppy Moments (#151594), Stitched Rectangles (#148551)
Card Inspired by: Diane Hughes
Not only do you get FREE product with every $50 purchase during Sale A Bration...
