Sunday Share - Nobody

I know that I promote Stampin' Up! - because that is my business.
I love to share beautiful cards and projects to inspire you.
But I started out wanting my business to be a ministry!
I know that I ask you to support my business by placing orders or becoming a part of my Stampin' Up! team called Christi's Creative Crew - but even more I want you to become a part of the family of God.  This is my mission.
If I never earn an incentive trip or sell millions of dollars in product - that is perfectly okay.
My mission is to minister to others through making and SENDING cards to encourage them along this life's path
The #1 song on the Christian Billboard for this past week is called NOBODY sung by Casting Crowns and Matthew West, and states perfectly how I feel about my mission to serve the One and ONLY True God.

Please enjoy this video and I pray that you are blessed

"I'm living for the world to see, nobody but Jesus"

Sunday Share & Happy Mother's Day!

Many of you have been on this little journey with us of having to quit our businesses or move out of our condo - which we love and just recently got it totally finished to our liking with the most amazing craft room EVER!
God has been extremely gracious in selling our home QUICKLY and we are extremely thankful.
You all have been so wonderful in your comments and affirmation on our behalf - Thank you so very much!

Earlier this week I was heading out on errands and started my normal pray-while-I-drive, and then I turned on the radio.  The first words that came on were "So your life feels like it don't make sense."  I literally laughed out loud because I serve a God who will minister to my every need and this was absolutely perfect for me.  Please enjoy this video of HE SAID by Chris August - I'm sure it will speak to your heart as well because we are all on a journey of one sort or another.

REMEMBER if you are getting this blog post directly to your inbox just click on the page title and it will direct you to my blog where you can listen to this wonderful song that touched my heart this week.

And this is a picture of my sweet mama! - Happy Mother's mom!!

Have a Blessed Lord's Day!

Happy Easter Everyone!
I think this is my favorite 'holiday' of the year!
It has the most amazing message of GRACE.  That Jesus would save a sinner like me!
Yes, I know, that just a few weeks ago  I shared an AMAZING GRACE Youtube video with you, but there is nothing more precious than hearing it again, sung by a child.  Especially on this Easter Sunday!
And I want to share this beautiful Easter card that Carla, my friend and Christi's Creative Crew member made for me. I love how she used the sunburst from KINDA ECLECTIC for the brilliance behind the cross.

Last night we had a concert at our church with guest artist Michael Card. What a wonderful time of worship and praise to our Savior. What a wonderful evening celebrating the love of our God that He would give us His one and only Son in such a humble way to redeem the world. Praying that your focus this Christmas season is on the Christ Child and the Gift He was for all mankind.

With the Christmas season here I wanted to share this BEAUTIFUL SONG sung by Michael Card.

I have many favorites, but this one is like number 2 on my favorite Christmas songs.

Stay tuned to Christmas morning to hear my number 1 favorite Christmas song.

I had a special treat - besides seeing Michael Card, that is... my very Special and Dear Friend, Becky and her husband came up from Fort Wayne, Indiana to come to the concert with us. Becky and I have been Pen Pals since I was 12 and she was 11 - so you do the math: (we have been Pen Pals for 41 years.)

And this is the beautiful purse/bag that she made for me for me!! She is a very gifted seamstress and I have been the recipient of many of her beautiful creations. Added as a bonus inside the purse was a 21 day devotional that I am excited about diving into.

Thank you, Becky, for a most memorable evening! I love you!!

Each year our stamping group (the Red Hot Stampers) has a fun time for the holidays where we pick a name out of the 'hat' and then we play 'Secret Santa' to that person for the next month. At our next meeting we will reveal who we were Secret Santa to. Well I am Secret Santa to...oops!, you'll just have to wait and see, BUT...
Look what came in my mailbox yesterday...
I had a visit from MY Secret Santa!A beautiful card with some Dimensionals tucked inside.
Thank you Secret Santa!!
