Today my sweetie and I celebrate 40 years of marriage!!
Hard to believe how fast these years have gone.
Even after all these years I still would choose him.

I CASED this card from Connie Judge of Germany
Connie did not have any instructions on her blog so I had to create my own mini envelope for the front of the card. (I made it before the sweet envelope die came out with the Sending Love bundle - yup I plan ahead)
I know it is not exactly like hers but this is what I did:
Very Vanilla Card Stock: 4" x 4"
Using your Envelope Punch Board - punch and score at 1 1/2" and follow the guides like normal: EXCEPT I only scored on one of the long sides because I wanted to create the flap a little higher and this is how it worked best for me.
Hope this helps you to find inspiration to try to do the same.

Thank You for Your Gift of Love

Another big day for me.  I head into surgery again this afternoon to have the left foot corrected from severe Plantar Fascia and bone spur.  I'm looking at another 6 weeks of no weight bearing.  I've got classes planned for my COME STAMP WITH ME TUESDAY and hope to be able to have you join me already on May 30th. My sister is here from New Jersey and will take charge of my care until she leaves early on the 29th.

I needed to stock up on my thank you notes because of everyone helping out during my time recovering.  This one is one that the ladies made at the May Stamp A Stack Classes.  The SUCCULENT GARDEN Designer Paper makes up some gorgeous cards.
