Holiday Dough

We celebrated our family Christmas on Saturday

We love being with our kids and our grand kids

We have two older grandkids from our daughter, Julie and for them we gave them each this fun bag of HOLIDAY DOUGH

I used a retired stamp set: COOKIE CUTTER CHRISTMAS and the coordinating punch.

I'm in the process of downsizing my retired sets so I wanted to use this before I sold it.

Jeff and Joey waited until they were a little older to start their families so we have 5 younger grandkids. They, of course, got fun toys all wrapped up.

For many years now, our kids have been taking turns in planning our Christmas

It was Julie's turn this year and we love her idea of making up BLESSING BAGS. Instead of buying gifts for one another, we bought gifts for those in need. We will keep these Blessing Bags in our cars and then we can hand one out when we come across someone who could benefit from a Blessing Bag.

We rent the Ministry Center at church so that the little ones have a large space to run around in. Now that they are getting older, our house is just too tiny to fit everyone comfortably. None of our three children have a large enough house either, so this is our best bet.

I was super excited to land on my Halloween Designer Paper leftovers from last year and this extra heavy spider-web design was perfect for the lid.
The Stamp Set I used is THE LITTLE THINGS

Some inexpensive treats for the kiddos - I used a stamp from the September 2016 Paper Pumpkin Kit.

Guest Stamper, Inez

Today's featured stamper is Inez.  She, too, shared the cards that she made for her stamp classes...

This first card was actually made by Inez' daughter who is also a Stampin' Up! demonstrator in Arizona.  I love the dirty pig look with THIS LITTLE PIGGY Stamp Set

This 2nd card features the CRAFTING FOREVER stamp set.  Inez' daughter attended a class by Lorri Heiling and this is one of the cards that they made.

COLORFUL SEASONS certainly is a favorite stamp set, that's for sure!!  I'm really liking the color scheme.  Kind of non-traditional Christmas colors.

Inez had a request for some flamingo cards and this was the first one that she made for her special order.  It features the FABULOUS FLAMINGO Stamp Set.

A Beautiful Christmas Card featuring the STAR OF LIGHT Stamp Set.  Love the Gold Embossing!

SEASONAL BELLS is the stamp set that is featured on this Christmas Card.

This card also features the COLORFUL SEASONS Stamp Set.  She stamped the snowflakes onto Whisper White Card Stock and then cut them out with the LARGE LETTER ALPHABET DIES.  If the ladies would cut them out carefully they would end up with a negative piece that they could use on a second card of their choice.

I love this last card because it was made by Inez' grandson!  Don't you think he did a great job??!! COOKIE CUTTER CHRISTMAS Stamp Set was carried over to the new catalog!  Good choice!!

Cold Hands - Warm Christmas Greetings

Have I told you lately that I LOVE the stamp sets COOKIE CUTTER CHRISTMAS & COOKIE CUTTER HALLOWEEN?  Seems like every time I turn around I find another fun thing to make using these fun stamp sets.
This is a card that we made at one of our Stamp a Stack Classes and then I made a matching treat for the Craft Sales!

Isn't this little eskimo the cutest thing??

Here is a display of each stamp from both sets.

4 cute characters in the Halloween Set

And 5 cute characters in the Christmas Set

These treats are mini treat holders inspired by Brenda Quintana

Brenda used the Mini Hershey Candy Bars for her treats but I had Hershey Nuggets on hand so I changed up the dimensions to hold the Nuggets.

HERE is what I came up with...

Cut your card stock

Score at 1/2",

Here are the links so you can purchase these fun stamp sets for yourself...
