Get Your Ribbon Fix!

SO EXCITED!! Why?  because on Saturday my pen pal, Becky, is driving up from Fort Wayne for a visit!!  Becky is also in my downline and her friend, Angela, is in Becky's downline which makes Angela my second level downline!!  LOVE IT! Angela sent me a photo of a ribbon holder and asked my handy hubby if he would be willing to make one for her and one for Becky.  YOU BET!  Love all the Stampin' Up! ribbon that this will hold for them. Most of all I can't wait to see my dear friend!

Since I am featuring this handy dandy ribbon holder I thought I would share with you some cards that I made using the wonderful Stampin' Up! ribbon as well as featuring some of the retiring products. You can see the original posts for these cards HERE

This first card features the Paper Doily Sizzlit Die and the Stamp set called BABY PRINTS.  Both these items are on the retired list.  The ribbon on this card is called Organza and (happy dance) it will still be available in the up coming 2014-2015 catalog releasing to all of you on June 1st!!  Can't wait!! How about you?  If you can't wait to get your hands on a copy of the NEW CATALOG you can purchase the Starter Kit and get your catalog EARLY!! You can also preorder from the new catalog before anyone else.  Being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator has so many fun perks!  I will be getting my NEW CATALOG on MONDAY at a live Catalog Premiere!! This second card also features the BABY PRINTS Stamp Set and some Taffeta Ribbon.  ALL the Taffeta Ribbon is being retired - so sad, I loved this style ribbon! The Words on this card are from the Stamp Set CUDDLES AND KISSES which is also on the retired list.

I think these little baby thank yous are ADORABLE!!  Carla is a dear friend and is in my Down line.  She came to one of my COME STAMP WITH ME TUESDAYS and mentioned that she wanted to make some thank you notes as a gift to a new mom as part of her baby shower gift.  They were made using the Note Cards and Envelopes $5.95 #107311 for 20 cards and envelopes.  The note cards measure 5" x 3-1/2"; envelopes: 5-1/8" x 3-5/8".  We put our heads together and Voila`! ADORABLE! The bottom of the front of the note card was trimmed off 1/4" then the Pretty In Pink strip was trimmed with the Scallop Edge Punch and embossed with the heart Embossing Folder from the ADORNING ACCENTS FOLDERS that come in a set of 3.  The stitching line is a NEW item from the Spring Catalog called NEEDLEPOINT BORDER $7.95 for a set of 2  #129383.  The stamp set Carla chose is called BABY PRINTS #125470 $27.95 Wood mount or #125472 $21.95 Clear Mount. Now that I am back from Leadership I can start up the sketch challenge again,
so this is our challenge for this week...

And here is my take on it...

MENU:
I used the new stamp set called BABY PRINTS, along with
the new Doily Sizzlit

We had a great time at leadership but it is always good to get back home
and in to the routine of things again.
The theme at Leadership this year was MY WAY
So after thinking things through with my classes and such
I decided to do things MY WAY and switch up my classes.

I will still offer the Stamp A Stack Classes where we make 8 cards for only $12.00
If you place a $50 order you will receive your class FREE and also receive
a Frequent Stamper Token. Collect 10 Tokens and you can redeem them for
a FREE stamp set of your choice from any current catalog.

I will also be offering a "Short Stack" - so if you are overwhelmed with making
8 cards you can make 4 cards for $8.00.

I am also changing up my Techniques Class and Big Shot Class.
I will combine them and call it a Projects Class.
