Epic Celebrations

Thursday, April 26, 2018
EPIC CELEBRATIONS is another fun stamp set that we earned during Sale a bration! Did you get your FREE copy??
This is also another great set for teen cards so this is the card that the ladies made at one of the Tuesday Classes.
Why do I show you cards using Stamp Sets that are no longer available? Well, perhaps you were able to get this set during Sale a bration - now you will want ideas of what to use it for.
I also wanted to feature the STITCHED EDGE RIBBON. This card features the Pacific Point color, but the ribbon also comes in Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Fresh Fig. This super cool ribbon will NOT be carried over to the annual catalog so take advantage of the LAST CHANCE LIST before it is too late, and they are gone forever.
Also used on this card (inspired by Laura Allen):
Layering Circles Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Layering Oval Framelits, Retired Stamp Set: HELLO, from a previous Sale a bration.  See how handy it is to collect all of these stamp sets?
I made a pattern using a 3/8" hand held punch and a 1/4" hand held punch so that it took away the guess work for all the ladies.
Here is the list to my quick links to contact me or to shop with me...

Bunny Treats

Tuesday, March 15, 2016
Here is a cute Easter treat made using the Curvy Keepsake Box Framelit Dies. (Inspired by Betty)
This is the treat that I used as door prize drawings for my Stamp a Stack Classes this month.   To get in on special treats like this you, too, can come to one of my classes.  Stamp a Stack Classes are done for the month of March, but stay tuned for the April classes information.
Here are the WEEKLY DEALS starting today and going through Monday, March 21st

Yesterday's blog post showed this cute Easter treat using the FESTIVE FLOWER BUILDER PUNCH that is on the WEEKLY DEALS.  It is combined with the fun, FLOWERS AND FRIENDS stamp set from the Occasions Catalog
The FRINGE SCISSORS were used on this cute Easter Treat
This beautiful Flower was made using the FESTIVE FLOWER BUILDER PUNCH
After last nights Card Club I had scraps of Designer Paper left over so I made up a FESTIVE FLOWER with that just to show you that it is not just a holiday related punch.  This BERRY BASKET was made using the DAZZLING DIAMONDS GLIMMER PAPER. (Just a tip - I used the TOMBO GLUE to adhere my basket side together, but it take a bit to dry.  I piled some heavy items on top and let them set just a bit.)  the sides are attached with the HANDHELD STAPLER.  I attached the FESTIVE FLOWER with hot glue.
This FESTIVE FLOWER BUILDER PUNCH is super versatile and will come in handy for leaves like you see on this card we made at Stamp a Stack this month
I plan to use it in my scrapbooking for a beautiful garden scene!

Bad News, Good News!

Thursday, February 11, 2016
Bad News:
These three items from the Sale a bration brochure are retiring from the lineup on February 15th, so if you haven't had a chance to get to them you will want to be sure to snag them up while they are still available.
I think this cool airplane stamp will be great for graduation cards, but it is also good for sending your sweetie an anniversary card or just to tell him you love him as well as it is a great guy card for birthdays.
Here is a darling card made by my upline, Glenda, using the SKY IS THE LIMIT and the PERFECTLY ARTISTIC Designer Paper
GOOD  NEWS:
They are replacing these 3 items with 3 brand new items on February 16th!
Bicycle stamps are really the IN thing, and I love the phrases that are included.
I have seen this type of glitter tape at craft stores and wished that Stampin' Up! would come out with some and they sure did not disappoint.  Gold, Silver and White.  They come in a 3 pack and you can change up the color of the white tape using your Stampin' Up! Ink Pads and a sponge dauber.  Can't wait to get my hands on some of this!!
And I love any stamp sets that have great word phrases.  The balloon image coordinates with the Balloon Bouquet Punch in the Occasions Catalog
Be sure to take advantage of all the FREE products that you can during Sale a bration (January 5- March 31).  With every $50 purchase you make (before S&H and tax) and you get to choose one product from the Sale a bration brochure.
Please use the Hostess Code: BEXQXERG for the month of February when placing your on line order!

Wink of Stella

Thursday, January 28, 2016
One of the new amazing products that came out in the Occasions Catalog this year is called WINK OF STELLA.  It comes with 2 choices: Clear or Gold.

At this months Card Club we used the fabulous new product on 2 of our cards.
I really wish it showed up better in the photos, but I brushed the WINK OF STELLA over the "hello" as well as a small streak on the ballons and on the clear stripes of the washi tape.  It really does add that little extra glimmer and the beauty is that it dries so fast.  The "hello" stamp is from one of the FREE Sale a bration sets appropriately called HELLO.
This second card is made using the Plastic Wrap Technique (for the background). The flowers are from the FREE Sale a bration set WHAT I LOVE and the "Happy Birthday" is also from one of the FREE Sale a bration sets called PERFECT PAIRINGS.   I brushed the WINK OF STELLA over each flower to give them a bit of glimmer.
Any of these FREE items can be your with a $50.00.  Please click HERE to shop with me.  This is the Hostess Code for January: 7M6VN3U2.  If your order reaches $150 please do not use the Hostess Code because you will automatically be your own hostess and receive 10% off your sales.
I appreciate your business!

Bloomin' Heart

Thursday, January 21, 2016
This is the beautiful card that we made at our January Card Club.  It's hard to see the elegant embossing on the front using the Elegant Dots Embossing folder, but in real life it is stunning!
With a couple extra kits I had left over I changed it up from a Valentine Card to a Wedding Card
I absolutely love the BLOOMIN' HEART THINLITS DIES.  I wanted to feature the fact that your heart cutout does not need to be just a heart, by sandwiching it between 2 pieces of card stock you can make it anything you choose.  I have seen it done in a variety of shapes as well as the beautiful butterfly card I made last week for the open house

Occasions Catalog and Sale a bration Open House

Wednesday, January 13, 2016
Just one more day until my Occasions Catalog and Sale a bration Open House!
Today will be spent setting up all the displays for you as well as preparing the Make & Take project. A trip to the store will be in line as well because you will want snacks for sure!!

I hate to spoil the Open House by sharing too much, but I want to give you a taste of what you will see.  This was a last minute one I made yesterday because I love it's simplicity and elegance.  I used Shimmery White Card Stock for the card base, layer and the butterfly.  The Printed Vellum under the butterfly is from the Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum Stack.  HELLO is from Hello! Pretty appropriate name, right??!!  Both of these items are items you can get for FREE with a $50.00 each.

Come check it out between 10am and 8pm tomorrow, Thursday, January 14th.
Want to make this card for yourself?  Here are the supplies that I used
