A C3 Christmas Card Swap part 2

As promised: here are the beautiful cards that the girls on my team made for our Christmas Card Swap

 Lynda's card. Beautiful! I love how she used the Home For Christmas Designer Paper and the Very Vanilla Subtle Stripes Ribbon together, plus using several coordinating colors on the stamped image. Click HERE to view the Holiday Catalog

Inez' card - she used the very striking Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum.  I have not dug into my pack yet so I am always glad for new ideas to use it with.

Carla's card - Carla cased this card from the Holiday Catalog and made it her own by switching things up just a bit!  The catalogs are one of our best sources of inspiration!

Peggy's card - using the Flurry of Wishes bundle. I love the soft color of Soft Sky on this card.  I believe the cut out of the snowflake is retired, but it works perfectly on this card!

Dawn's card - she also used the Flurry of Wishes stamp set and I love how just changing up the colors  makes the stamp set so versatile.

Sue's Card - beautifully made using the Happy Scenes Stamp Set.  This set can be purchased in a bundle with the Hearth and Home Thinlits Dies.  These dies are so popular there is a back order.  I always say - buy  what you really really want right away to avoid this problem. A couple other new items Sue used on her card are the Softly Falling Embossing Folder and the Silver Cording.  (This cording is also available in gold).  The little stars - perfectly made using the Stars Border Punch and Silver Glimmer Paper from the Main Catalog. Layered Letters Alphabet

These next 4 samples were made using the stamp set LAYERED LETTERS ALPHABET. I make sure to buy all the alphabet stamp sets because they always come in so handy for more that just an alphabet.  Besides I love to use them for my scrapbooking. This first one says it all...

One tip for when you emboss the letters over the already inked background: heat set your stamped image and then rub your EMBOSSING BUDDY over the surface so that the embossing powder doesn't stick where you don't want it.

 My little nephew loves rainbows so this card may easily find it's way to him.

Ever read the book "The Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle?  this one is based off that...how cute!!  The letter V is used for his antennae, the dot from the ! for his nose and the letter I for his legs.
