Projects Class
It was so much fun creating the boxes and watching the ladies choose their designs.
I use projects such as these to treat the ladies who place an order or for prepaying for a class. I would not be where I am today in my Stampin' Up! business if it weren't for all these precious ladies who come to classes here in my home.
Contact me HERE if you want to come to a class. Check out the dates on the right side bar of this blog post.
It's late and I'm ready to hit the sack
Thanks for stopping by!

And some with flowers. Each one holds 2 Thank You and 2 Happy Birthday cards.
This coming Saturday, May 16th we will be participating in a Craft Sale which will benefit the Women's Life Journey at City on a Hill. This event is held at the Community Reformed Church 10376 Felch St., Zeeland MI. It opens at 9am and goes until 3pm and we look forward to seeing you all come out to this event and while you are there please check out our vendor booths. Dale will also be there selling his amazing all-natural soaps, lotions, candles, etc.
We are never sure how a Spring Craft Sale will go, but we will give it a try. I know you all are busy with your lawns & your kids or grandkids sporting events, but I urge you to come on out because there is a little something for everyone there.

Bag In A Box
This is another Bag In A Box gift set that I put together for a gal from church who just had her first baby. I wasn’t able to make it to the baby shower that the church gave her, but I still wanted to gift her since we have been friends with her parents for 20 years now since they moved into our area and attended our church. They have three children the same ages as our three children so we had a lot in common. Kevin and Christy chose not to learn the sex of their baby so I waited until little Charlotte Nicole was born to decide on her gift. Christy will be able to use this set of baby thank you notes to send to her friends and family.
Inside you can see how the cards fit nicely with their envelopes.
We actually made this card in our June 2010 STAMP 10 class but I didn’t give you the “MENU” so here it is…
SS: Cute and Cuddly
CS: Pawsitively Prints DSP (retired), Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Watercolor Paper, Certainly Celery
INK: Chocolate Chip, Pretty In Pink
Accessories: Top Note Die, Big Shot, Eyelet Border Punch, Flower Brads, Jumbo Eyelets, Chocolate Chip Ribbon (retired), Redline Sticky Tape, Itty Bitty Buttons, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, Linen Thread, Mini Glue Dots, Chocolate Chip Satin Ribbon, Scallop Border Punch, WW Grosgrain Ribbon, Small Star Punch
So For Now…
Happy Stamping!!

Pin It Now!Baby Shower gift
Last night I was able to attend a baby shower for my friend, Jan’s, daughter, Lauryn. What fun it is to celebrate a new life coming into the world. This is the gift I made to give to her.
This little “bag–in-a-box” held 12 baby thank you notes for Lauryn to send out to her friends and family. Thanks goes out to the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator website for the onesie belly band idea and to Amy Klemo for the card inspiration. I’m not sure who first came out with the bag-in-a-box idea, but I have seen, and made several over the course of the last few years. I used the new Baby Bundle Stamp Set and the Baby Tees Jumbo Wheel to make this little ensemble.
It is so hard to see on this photo but I wanted the Early Espresso circles, and the Marina Mist circles to have a tone on tone texture so I stamped them with the hydrangea stamp from the new Just Because I Care Hostess level 1 stamp set. It gave them just the right look that I wanted without looking like a flower.
Then I put it all together in another one of my rag bags…
