Paper Pumpkin Alternatives

Each month we get together to assemble our Paper Pumpkin kits

The June kit was called LIFE IS SWEET - I know that we have been enjoying the sweet fruits of summer!!

Check out the cute cards that were made at our July Paper Pumpkin night using our June kit

The "are a blessing" was generated on the computer

The cute bird comes from the yet-to-be-released NESTS OF WINTER Designer Paper - keep your eyes open for it to come in the September to December Mini Catalog

The "Merry Christmas" is from BEARY CUTE

The gorgeous flower comes from MAGNOLIA MOOD

These birds are from the WINTERLY TREES bundle (also to be available in the September to December Mini Catalog) The "thinking of you" is from RINGED WITH NATURE

I've also been working a little bit on my May Paper Pumpkin kit called THEN BEST THERE IS

The moon and dolphins come from UNDER THE MOON, the sentiment comes from COMFORTING THOUGHTS.

The trees are heat embossed with silver onto Boho Blue Card Stock and fussy cut out.

A Walk In The Forest

Just a quick update - my surgery yesterday went well. Thankful for out-patient procedures. Now on to four - six weeks of no bending, no twisting, no reaching, no lifting. Whew!!

At my October Card Club we featured the WALK IN THE FOREST 12x12 Designer Paper and I needed to punch out 10 of these little brown bears.

When I was done punching them out I ended up with a couple 12x12 sheets that had these Christmas trees on them and I certainly wasn't going to let them go to waste.

So I made this card inspired by Jaimie

And this is another card - this time inspired by Mary Blocher (no blog)
