These next two stamps are single stamps and are considered a BACKGROUND STAMP.

First up is the HAND DRAWN DOTS. We received this stamp free when we went to the Stampin' Up! event in Indianapolis.

This is one card that I made Inspired by Pinterest. I changed up the color of my dots (the original had Balmy Blue Dots, I chose Night of Navy). The ladies will be making this card at an upcoming Tuesday Class.

Other stamps used: Decorative Borders, Inspired Thoughts

I also used the dots on this next card inspired by Allison

However, there is one pattern in the DELICATE DESERT DSP pack that looks just like this. I just love how everything coordinates.

Did you know that you can create gold thread simply by pulling your GOLD TWINE apart?

Product used: Gold Faceted Sequins, DESERT DETAILS Stamp Set, Gold embossing Powder, Versa Mark.

I used some Soft Suede Ink and a water painter for the splatters. Allison used gold and she had gold on her flowers too, but I could not figure it out and she did not give any instructions. This card was one that Shelly Gardner demonstrated at the November Stampin' Up! event.

The second stamp is the LAYERED STRIPES.

Here are a couple samples using the Layered Stripes from the mini catalog.

Also used is the ALPHABET ALA MODE Dies (my favorite!), Sentimental Park Stamp Set, Layering Circles Dies, Warm Welcome Dies, Adhesive Backed Milky Dots.

Also used is the SPRING BLESSINGS Stamp Set, Stitched Rectangle Dies, Flowers & Leaves Punch, Around The Bend Dies.

Pin It Now!

Woot! Woot!

Today is the first day of Sale a bration!

This is the second, 2 month offering of free products for 2021!

Here is a card made using the DELICATE DAHLIAS stamp set that is one of the higher price point FREE products. You can get this stamp set FREE with a $100.00 purchase

This card also features the BEAUTIFULLY PENNED 12x12 Designer Paper that you can also get for FREE with a $50.00 purchase.

This card was inspired by Karen Hallan

I stamped the dahlia 3 times using Polished Pink ink onto Basic White card stock and then fussy cut the flowers out in three layers, popping each layer up on dimensionals.

The leaves are stamped in Granny Apple Green and Garden Green and are also fussy cut.

there is a diagonal strip of vellum under the flower and leaves which has been embossed with the Checks & Dots embossing folder. (this is a 2 pack of narrower embossing folders - one with checks and one with dots)

What I changed up: I decided to make my card a sympathy card using the INSPIRING THOUGHTS Stamp Set.

Today would have been my mama's 93rd birthday, but she lives with Jesus now (we said good-bye almost 3 years ago)

TIP: This is a 2-step stamp for the flowers and for the leaves. First I stamped the outline of the flower with Polished Pink and then when I stamped the inside portion of the flower I found it coming out too dark, but by stamping it off it was coming out too light so I liked it up with Polished Pink, then using a sponge dauber I dabbed all over it before stamping it onto the Basic White Card Stock.
