Guest Stamper, Jeanne

Today's guest stamper is Jeanne
Jeanne decided to bring along a bunch of cards to share that she has made in the past. We called her an overachiever too!!

Stamp Set: HOLD ON TO HOPE

Several of the cards that Jeanne shared are from retired stamp sets but I think it is great that we love our Stampin' Up! stamp sets so much that we keep on using them.

 Stamp Set: FROM THE HERD

 Stamp Set: Thoughts and Prayers

Of course the Peanuts Gang was never a Stampin' Up! stamp set, but this is too cute not to share!!

This was one of my first stamp sets years ago called FARM FEVER - so fun to see Jeanne use it again.

We are so close to ending 2017!

It has been quite an eventful year for me with 4 surgeries, but I thank you all for sticking with me. I appreciate your business so very much!  My favorite days are when the ladies show up for a class!

Please check out my class schedule on the right side bar of my blog.  If you are receiving this post in your inbox, just click HERE to go to my blog.

Since you get to choose 2 FREE STAMP SETS in your Starter Kit (Starting January 3) you might be asking "what are your favorite stamp sets?" What a hard question because there are so many to love. I go to stamp sets that give me good words and word phrases.  One of the best ones now is BEAUTIFUL BOUQUET.

Look at all of these great sentiments from Wedding and Anniversary to Birthday, Friendship and Thank You.

Not only are the words great, you get 37 photopolymer stamps in this set for only $27.00!!

Another huge perk is that BEAUTIFUL BOUQUET also comes with coordinating Die Framelits!

The BOUQUET BUNCH FRAMELIT DIES are only $30.00 and have 21 dies.

Buy these 2 as a BUNDLE and save 10% or get the dies in your Starter Kit and get the Stamp Set FREE as one of your 2 BONUS Stamp Sets.

Here is a sample that the ladies made at the December Stamp a Stack Classes

Card inspired by Jan B

If you find yourself needing to make more Thinking of You or Sympathy Cards then my go-to stamp set is THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.

This stamp set is available in Clear Mount or Wood Mount.
BUT if you want to get the biggest bang for your buck you might want to look through your catalog to get in on some of the higher priced stamp sets for your 2 FREE Sets.
Whether you like whimsical stamps like THIS LITTLE PIGGY

Here's a sample card for this fun set that the ladies made at a Tuesday Class

Card inspired by Donna Ross

Or if you like more elegant stamping like PAINTED HARVEST

Here is a sample that the ladies made at the December Stamp a Stack Classes using the PAINTED HARVEST Stamp Set

Card inspired by Karen McNall

We will be using this set again in the January Stamp a Stack Classes with a totally different look.

Of course you can make this set whimsical too by adding facial features using the FOXY FRIENDS Stamp Set to make a darling little lion.

No matter what you choose, you sure cannot go wrong with any of Stampin' Up!'s Stamp Sets. There are so many great ideas out there or if you like to come up with your very own creations.
It is so easy to join.  Just Click HERE to JOIN NOW.  But wait! January 3 is only ONE WEEK AWAY!

Get Well Soon

This Get Well Card made me smile!  So, of course, I just had to CASE (copy and share everything) it!

I have received so many cards and acts of kindness after my January surgery that I know how meaningful it is to send and receive cards. I hate to say it, but I am only 17 days away from having surgery on my left foot.  Now that I am able to get down to my craft room and hold classes, I hate the thought of sitting around again. Sometimes I think they just need to wrap me up in bubble wrap to keep me from injuries.

STAMPS: Thoughts and Prayers, Cookie Cutter Halloween (R)

Card Stock: Blushing Bride, Gold Foil, Whisper White

INK: Memento Black, Soft Sky (sponged around the little mummy), Blushing Bride Marker from the Subtles Collection

114

This is the biggest amount I've made to date with 114 of these Thank You Cards which completes the full order with a grand total of 316 Cards! Whew!  These Thank You Cards were inspired by Debbie Currier, and the cool part is that I was needing some paper with the script on it when I thought about how my sister was working on her mother-in-laws estate and that they had a TON of books - OLD books.  With all the antiques in the house they found that the books do not sell so she gladly let me pick whichever one I wanted.  It was a Literature Book from 1947.  The sweet part is that I didn't have to do any sponging because the paper was already discolored with age.  The pages were, however, VERY FRAGILE, but still very usable.

Here are the other supplies that I used: It is hard to see the black ribbon but it mades the front look more finished than without it and I had to use a non Stampin' Up! ribbon for that.  Also all the cards went to the client with Very Vanilla Envelopes #107300 $6.50 for 40 envelopes.
