Come Stamp With Me!

Come Stamp With Me!
Today is my WEEKLY Come Stamp With Me Class.
Each Tuesday at this class I have 4 card stations set up and you can make as many or as few as you want/need for only $1.50 each
These are the cards that will be out for you to make TODAY
Inspired by Chlo, this card features the stamp set Best Birds, Holly Jolly Greetings, and Time of Year (R)
EVERYONE loved the Pocket card a couple weeks ago, especially because it was a gift card holder. This one was inspired by Tanya Bell from Australia. There is 4 varieties of colors to make and it couldn't be more perfect to have some gift card holders on hand.
This card features the retired Succulent Garden Designer Paper and the Dragonfly Dreams Stamp Set and Dies.
Inspired by Chat W.  I never seem to have enough get well cards on hand so I thought this one was perfect.  It features the Weather Together Bundle and a retired set called Four You. Colors are: Dapper Denim and Mint Macron

Just a Little Snag

Tuesday, April 26, 2016
The Condo Association where we live are telling us that we cannot run a business in our home, so the COME STAMP WITH ME TUESDAY classes are canceled for now.  I sure have enjoyed getting to spend time with you during this time.  I laughed with some of you, cried with some of you and even prayed with some of you and I must say that this time has been precious.
So now what will I do? Well, I still love to stamp so I will still do my best to inspire you by sharing cards that I am making for my own personal use.
Yesterday I decided to use the designer card stock that came with TIN OF CARDS that was intended to cover the index cards for the tin. (You can kind of seeing this on the photo below in the tin that comes with the kit) Which, of course, I did not use for it's intended purpose!! LOL!! This paper has been sitting here for a VERY LONG TIME and so I thought now would be the perfect time to just play!
Here is what the TIN OF CARDS KIT looks like
You can get this coordinating stamp set to go with it

These are all of the cards that I was able to make with the Designer Paper that is included in the kit.
These first 4 cards I also used the extra stamp set from the April Paper Pumpkin Kit for the flowers and I used the French words that came in a previous Paper Pumpkin Kit that included 3 different languages because of the diverse countries that Stampin' Up! is in.  These cards will be shipped up to Canada to my niece where I am sure she can make good use of them.
The strip of rhinestones was purchased at a local craft store in one of my weak moments (lol)
I only know one person who is not a fan of butterflies, but I think adding a butterfly to most anything makes it special.  The colors on the stamped butterflies are Calypso Coral (stamped off) and Watermelon Wonder (full strength) and I used all 3 steps in the stamping.  The vellum butterfly was cut from the FREE vellum paper stack we could get during Sale a bration.
This next one is a 3x3 of which I made 2.
The raindrop pattern of this paper made me think of Sympathy, Get Well or Thinking of You so I used the sentiment from Blessings From Heaven stamp set. (this card was inspired by Jessica Taylor.  I changed it up by adding the embossing on the card base.)  I also made 2 of these (I had previously used one sheet of this paper on another project.)
This last card was inspired by Sandy Hancock
I am so thankful for all the fabulous ideas on Pinterest that we can copy and share, and change up to our own liking

Hello - S'UP?

Friday, January 9, 2015
Another product spot light on one of the items on the WEEKLY DEALS.  This card was made using the Typeset Specialty Designer Series Paper. It was based on a swap card that I received at last years Convention in Utah by Lorri Heiling.  I couldn't believe that I swapped with someone that I have been blog stalking for years!!
No, Stampin' Up! does NOT have the telephone die cut, but when the ladies were here in October for the all day Scrapbooking event they graciously let me use their die cutting machine to make a bunch of little telephones.  I ended up with 3 different sizes of phones but I'm liking the differences.  The smallest phone is on a card that is the size of the Stampin' Up! Note Cards, 3 1/2" x 5".

Just to let you know that there is still room for 2 ladies to join us for the January 17th All Day Scrap Booking Event which will go from 9 am to 6 pm.  You will have access to all of my stamps, current and retired, as well as all of my dies, framelits, and punches.  You can scrapbook or make cards or whatever you want.  It is just a great time to get away with the ladies for a fun full day and there will be fun give-aways throughout the day.  Cost is $25.00 and includes a salad and baked potato bar.  All you need to do is bring whatever projects you are working on and a small treat to share with the ladies.
Okay, so here are the other supplies that I used for this fun card:

114

Tuesday, January 6, 2015
This is the biggest amount I've made to date with 114 of these Thank You Cards which completes the full order with a grand total of 316 Cards! Whew!  These Thank You Cards were inspired by Debbie Currier, and the cool part is that I was needing some paper with the script on it when I thought about how my sister was working on her mother-in-laws estate and that they had a TON of books - OLD books.  With all the antiques in the house they found that the books do not sell so she gladly let me pick whichever one I wanted.  It was a Literature Book from 1947.  The sweet part is that I didn't have to do any sponging because the paper was already discolored with age.  The pages were, however, VERY FRAGILE, but still very usable.
Here are the other supplies that I used: It is hard to see the black ribbon but it mades the front look more finished than without it and I had to use a non Stampin' Up! ribbon for that.  Also all the cards went to the client with Very Vanilla Envelopes #107300 $6.50 for 40 envelopes.
