Fine Art Gallery

Looks like I was right and I will be doing another post featuring the Art Gallery Bundle (#156227) and the Fine Art Designer Paper (#154558)

This card features the #1 floral print (top left)
I loved how this turned out. I just used a basic layout and the dies from Tasteful Labels (#152846)
The Whisper White Dotted Tulle Ribbon (#146912) is so soft and elegant and perfect for this card that also features the Dainty Diamonds Embossing folder (#152702). the sentiment is from Celebrate Sunflowers (#152517) and was stamped with Merry Merlot.
I will be featuring this card at a future class.
And of course I had some 1-1/4" strips left over so made some of this design inspired by Nellie
These next 2 cards feature the Art Gallery stamp set but not the Fine Art Designer Paper
The silver Glimmer Paper is now retired but I seem to have plenty on hand so cut some pieces from the Forever Foliage Dies to add behind the flowers that were inspired by Stamping Beauty.
One of the 12x12 patterns in the Fine Art Designer Paper is this:
I used one of the sheets to make this card and was able to make 11 cards from one 12x12
This card, too, will be featured at an upcoming Tuesday class - it was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest but there is no blog post link to give credit.
Another coordinating product is the Golden Garden Designer Specialty Acetate (#154557). It is stunningly gorgeous. One of the sheets (the one on the left in this photo) matches up perfectly with this 12x12 designer sheet
Here it is without the gold foil layer:
and here it is with the gold foil layer:
First I thought I would cut it apart to make cards. I've seen some very pretty samples on Pinterest, but then I thought it was so pretty it would make a great scrapbook page for our grand daughter, Gracie. She will turn 16 later this fall.
I will add her 16 year photo on the right. I used one of the other gold foil acetate sheets over a 12x12 sheet of Rococo Rose, and used the Large Letters and Numbers (retired) to cut out of gold foil. I backed the three photos of her at birth, 1 year, and 2 years old with gold foil paper, but to conserve and get the biggest "bang for my buck" I cut the photos down to 3-3/4 x 5-3/4 and cut the gold foil at 4x6. Then to save even more - this is what I did:
I used my Stitched Rectangle Dies (#151820) to cut out the center and now I have a nice stitched rectangle to use on a future card.
I also added some gold foil leaf sprigs that I had in my stash from the Forever Flourishing Dies (#152714). You might need to stretch the photo to see those sprigs.
You might wonder how to adhere the acetate to the designer paper.
On the flip side I added adhesive to wherever there was a photo to hide the adhesive.
You can see that on the flip side it is silver, but for the one sheet that coordinates with the designer paper it wouldn't work using silver because it wouldn't line up.
And then behind the letters I added mini glue dots. I used the ones that I had left over from my Paper Pumpkin kits. I have a ton so didn't mind using a lot of them, not that it really needed this many.
I hope you like what you see and are encouraged to place an order with me. I really appreciate it!
