Christi's Creative Crew: Mischievous Mice

Our church celebrates every new baby born to those who attend, but when there is a first baby of the family, they are treated to a baby shower.

It has been my habit to make up a dozen thank you notes for the new mom to use to send to the people who so generously gift them.

The most recent shower is actually for family - my cousins son and daughter-in-law are having their first baby. I guess this would make it a third cousin to me. So much fun to watch the family grow.

They decided to not learn the sex of the baby so that they can have a fun surprise when it arrives. Therefore I needed a neutral color theme. Yellow's and grays are a favorite color combo of mine.

I can fit 6 of the cards in each box, and then this next card is a note card size (3-1/2 x5) to add to the gift bag. I used my favorite go-to stamp for the "thanks to you from baby & me" from Cuddles & Kisses - a retired set.

The little congratulations and die is from Many Messages. For the little mouse I simply cut off the balloon from the stamped image, fussy cut out and adhered to the circle die with Tombo Liquid Glue, then popped up on the card with Stampin' Dimensionals
