My card to share today is one that the ladies made at a Tuesday class, but I think it's so cute! I absolutely love the BIGGEST WISH stamp set and look how cute making it look like a birthday cake. The cake stand is from SWEETS & TREATS stamp set and the cutest little penguin is from COUNT ON ME stamp set. A retired stamp set called FANCY PHRASES is used for sentiment.
