I think that my super power is fussy-cutting!!

When I know that I am going to have some down time, I look for designer papers that I can fussy cut pieces out for upcoming classes.

My sister recently had surgery and I was her designated driver. I pulled out my beautiful NESTS OF WINTER designer paper and started cutting out the darling little birds to add to this card.

I had plenty of down time to sit and fussy cut while I waited for her surgery to be complete.

I was also able to devote time to my Bible study and dwell on the Word of God

Praying that the cancer they removed from my sister's lymph node does not come back and that they were able to get it all out.

I also added a little birdie to the inside.

This card was inspired by Karen Titus

It uses the LABELED LOVE Stamp Set for the "Happy Birthday", but the cool part is that you can bundle this stamp set with a punch or with a trio of dies. (like used for the hole/window)

The benefit of the dies is that you can cut out from anywhere in the paper you need - like shown here

The benefit of the punch is for quick and easy stamping and punching if your sentiment will be stamped separately and popped up onto your card front. I saw benefit in both, so of course, I needed to get both.

Notice in the stamp set that there is an outline of this punch so there are a lot of opportunities for either the punch or the dies.
