One of the cards that we had out for the ladies to make at our Summer Stamping & Crafting Day this past weekend was a Faith Based Card
This is how I changed up the inside of the card. I also kept my white flowers flat because I knew that I was putting the 2024-2026 In Color Gems on top and I didn't want to add more bulk to the card for mailing.1 John 3:1 is one of my favorite verses and I only printed the first half of the verse for this card.You can look up the full verse if you so choose.
Did you know that you have a Birthday verse? It just so happens that my birthday verse is 1 John 3:2 (because my birthday is March 2 - 3:2 - get it??!!)
It goes like this..."Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when He appears we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is".
Since I had so much DSP left from SAB I decided to use the same print on the inside of the card as a backing for the sentiment. I also had scraps! lot's and lot's of scraps so adding the cute little heart punch worked perfectly. Of course they could punch the heart out of the white and let the DSP show through but I had mine all assembled so adding the extra heart was my only option since it was a last minute thought.
