Christi's Creative Crew: You Say Good-bye, I Say Hello

This week I created a Tic Tac Toe board and then issued a challenge to my team to make a card making a tic tac toe across, down, diagonal or 4 corners.

I decided to go with 4 corners with this beautiful card that I cased from Vickie Kello

I used a floral stamp (Tasteful Touches), colored it in with Stampin' Blends (So Saffron), I fussy cut the flowers out and lastly I ran the flowers through an embossing folder (Old World).

Okay - what on my card is retiring? 1) the gorgeous Gold Hoops, 2) the Flowers For Every Season Gems, 3) the Old World Embossing Folder.

What is returning? 1) Tasteful Touches Stamp Set, 2) White Crinkle Seam Binding Ribbon (I colored it with the Dark So Saffron Stampin' Blend) and of course the 3) Basic White card stock, So Saffron card stock and the Basic Gray Ink.

What is extra cool about both of these cards is that as a team we have been sending cards to a 4 year old who was diagnosed with leukemia, and both of these ladies made their card for little Caden.
