Christi's Creative Crew: Playing With Otters

At our last team meeting I shared what I had been working on with the OTTERLY AMAZING stamp set and DSP
I guess this first card would be considered a double Z-Fold - I just love it! it was inspired by Karen Hadler

I think my favorite is this Anniversary card inspired by Bree Wrenwick

The measurements for this first card are:

11x4-1/4 scored at 5-1/2 & 8-1/4

the insert Z-Fold - 3-1/2x10 scored at 4-1/2 &7-1/4

Also used: Deckled Rectangles Die (3-1/2 x 2-1/4)

Stampin' Blends: Pecan Pie & Crumb Cake

Extra Greenery die cut with Lemon Lime Twist & Garden Green

I used a retired stamp for the anniversary greeting. The heart die is from FRIENDS FOR LIFE

I also used some Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls

This next card was inspired by Dawn Griffiths

The next several cards were inspired by Lynn Dunn who made these first 4 cards using a one sheet wonder plan

The next cards were made from the one sheet of 12x12 DSP that has these darling watery scenes

And one tip I learned from Kate Morgan is to put Versa Mark on the water and then heat emboss it with Clear Embossing Powder. It's hard to see in this next photo how shiny it is, but I think it adds a nice element to the water area. I actually have a Versa Mark pen which made it much easier than using a paint brush and the Versa Mark refill.

This saying is so cute, I think that I will have to give it to my hubby for our anniversary.

This next card is also from that same piece of 12x12 and makes a nice Z-Fold scene card. I added a piece of Basic White card stock to the back to add the sentiment/greeting.

And a scrapbook page! I love it!! Now what photo will I add to this page?
