Christi's Creative Crew: Open House

Last nights Open House was so much FUN! I just wanted to say thank you to all who were able to pop in to see the new catalog and products. I even got a surprise visit from my cousin and her daughter. Thanks Dawn and Brittany for coming out!!

I can’t believe that I never took a single picture to post of all the ladies who came and the fun they were having, but here is a picture of the Make ‘n Take Fancy Favor Box that they made using the new HOMEMADE single stamp .

Stampin’ Up! also came out with two new Embossing Folders in the new catalog. The one on the left is called Vintage Wallpaper and the one on right is called Elegant Lines. They were able to emboss a quarter sheet of cardstock, and then I challenged them to make a card and bring it back to show me what they did with it. Some spritzed their cardstock with the Smooch Spritz or the Shimmer Paint to give it the beautiful shimmery look. I can’t wait to see what they came up with. Here are the card samples that I had made up using the two new embossing folders…sorry about some of the blurry photos.

Congratulations to Virginia who won the GRAND PRIZE pictured here. Don’t you just love the rag bags that you can make using the Big Shot and the Clear Scallop Square Die? It’s a quilters dream, and I’m not even a quilter.
