Right now we are in the middle of a BIG painting job. Our son Jeff removed most of the wallpaper in our dining room, kitchen and bath/utility room and then the painting has begun. There is still a lot to do like altering a cabinet and removing the remainder of the wallpaper behind the refrigerator and the washer/dryer, but in a few weeks it should all be done! This is the front entry – you can see the old color paint on the side panels and the new color on the door. On the far left where you see a brown wall – that used to be blue – so there are a lot of changes, but I am really liking the warm feeling it gives.

This is such a great “guy” stamp set, I was so glad that it carried over into the new Catalog and Idea Book. I don’t know what we would have done over all these years if I didn’t have such a handy hubby. I guess I am pretty spoiled because my dad is very handy as well, and taught Dale many tricks of the trade over the years. Dale got his electrical training from his father and his plumber training from a mentor at church when he was just a teenager. Now 33 years of married life and the only thing we have had to hire out is our carpet laying. Thanks Babe for all your hard work around our home(s) over all these years.
