Spotlight Technique

This is one of the simpler techniques that I saw on Dawn Griffith’s blog.  She is an inspiration for MANY of the cards that I make.  Thanks Dawn!  We had fun recreating your card at our techniques class!  We even used Dawn’s favorite color… PURPLE!!                                                            
MENU:

CS: Lovely Lilac (retired), Basic Black, Whisper White
Accessories: Stars Standard Wheel and Handle, Organza Ribbon, Dimensionals
