Every year toward the end of any of Stampin' Up! publications they hold a CLOSE OUT SALE.
Some items are discounted
Some items are just simply retiring and will no longer be available
AND
Some items they are trying something NEW - that is that come January 2 these items will no longer be available BUT they WILL COME BACK when the 2020 Holiday Catalog comes back.
For example - several of you did not jump on buying the MERRY MOOSE before they were sold out BUT - good news is that they are bringing it back in 2020.
