Christi's Creative Crew: More Christmas Cards

It's nearly Christmas and I am pretty tired of making Christmas cards.

I have mailed out or delivered all of my cards. I've sold a bunch and donated some too.

However... I have some of Stampin' Up!'s gorgeous designer papers left and so many great ideas I wanted to try.

I figured since I need cards for NEXT year Christmas (and we start making Christmas cards in July), I could at least give some of these a try and see if I want to use them for next year.

Card #1 was inspired by Tracy Bradley

The Snowflakes Dies are so pretty - I especially like the framed die.

What I changed up: I changed up the sentiment because I am not a Happy Holiday's kind of gal. I much prefer to say Merry CHRISTmas.

I love the WHIMSY & WONDER Specialty Paper but I'm afraid that it is no longer available. I hope you were able to grab some before it was too late.

This second card was inspired by France Martin. The only thing I changed up was the size. To get a bigger bang for my buck I cut my card base down to 8" x 5-1/2" and scored it at 4". Therefore I could cut my designer paper at 5-1/2" x 4" and get 6 cards per 12x12 sheet of paper. Had I cut it the way she suggested I would've only gotten 4 cards per 12 x 12 sheet of paper. The INSPIRING CANOPY DIES are found in the annual catalog so they are not in danger of retiring just yet. Same thing for THE BEAUTY OF THE EARTH Designer Paper. This is such good news.
