Come Stamp With Me Cards

Wednesday, April 13, 2022

WOW!! A HUGE THANKS to everyone who came to my Come Stamp With Me Class on Tuesday this week.

I was busy every.single.minute.of this day, and I LOVED it!!

Instead of 4 card stations, I set up 6 card stations and when the day was complete, I only had 3 cards left. This includes the extra 8 cards that I had to cut more of plus I sold 2 of the samples!! I would say that this was a bang-up day!  I will have to reevaluate for next week so I don't run out.

This was the card that sold out first (I couldn't cut more because I did not have anymore of the designer paper.) The EXPRESSIONS IN INK Designer Paper is on the LAST CHANCE LIST so if you love it like I do, NOW is the time to get it ordered.

Thankfully, the Artistically Inked Dies and the Contour Dies are both carried over to the new annual catalog. This card was inspired by Su Mohr

Talking about the new annual catalog... I have my stock in hand and if you need one, I hope you will reach out to ask for one.  I would love to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!!

This next card is the card that I had to cut extra of. Thankfully, I had a lot of this designer paper on hand so I was able to do that.
This is called a BOOK BINDING TECHNIQUE. You can make the binding narrower, but I wanted to feature a bit more of the pretty paper so I went wider. The Heart & Home Designer Paper is available through June 30 because it is featured in the January to June Mini Catalog. Each 12x12 sheet is print on one side and a woodgrain on the opposite side.

HOWEVER the Misty Moonlight Card Stock used here IS on the LAST CHANCE LIST.

The ribbons used here are both carried over to the new annual catalog

1-1/2" Metallic Mesh Ribbon & 1/4" White Crinkle Seam Binding Ribbon

Stamp Set: Honeybee Home and Dies, also a die from the Horizon Dies set.

The punch for the sentiment is the LOVELY LABELS PICK A PUNCH.

I thought about adding a little gold bumblebee trinket, but wanted to keep it fairly monochromatic. It's hard to see but I added some iridescent sequins from a previous Paper Pumpkin Kit.

Here are my measurements:

Card Base: 4-1/4" x 11" scored at 3-3/4" & 5-1/2"

Designer Paper: 4" x 1-1/2" & 4" 3-1/2"

Label: White - (before being punched): 1/2" x 3-1/2", Misty Moonlight: 3/4" x 3-3/4" (before being punched)

This card was inspired by Amy Rudd as seen on Rachel Tessman's blog
