Christi's Creative Crew: Pierced Blooms

I am not one to watch the statistics, but when I saw another demonstrator post how many subscribers she has and that it reached over 100,000 it gave me thought to check on mine. My blogspot does not show me how many subscribers that I have but it does show me how many views I have had since starting to blog. I was shocked to be over ONE MILLION VIEWS!! That was very exciting to me.

Did you know that you can subscribe to get my blog post directly to your inbox every time that I post?

On the right side of my blog post it says "subscribe". All you do is add your email to that spot and then they will send you a verification to your email. It's as simple as that.

Here are two more of the cards that we made this week at the Come Stamp With Me Class last Tuesday

I'm super excited that the Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon is STAYING for another year in the annual catalog! This is super yummy and so easy to make bows with. It's not too thick so it will not add bulk to your card, therefore it will not cost more for mailing it out.

Here is a tip: See the little rhinestones on the flower centers? They REALLY add to the beauty of the card, but these could cause your mailing cost to go up. COULD, but I have received MANY cards with rhinestones and pearl, etc on them and I normally do not need to add more postage nor have I been required to pay a little extra to receive it.

What I like to do is either add a quarter sheet of card stock (4-1/4 x 5-1/2) to the front of the card so that the rhinestones do not poke through the envelope. (I have received MANY cards with them poking through).

Your second option is to fold your card inside out, giving cushion for the embellishments.

Card #2

EVERYTHING on this card is retired or on the LAST CHANCE LIST (except for the Smoky Slate and Real Red for card base and 1st layer as well as the Sahara Sand for the tag, Soft Suede for the cutting board and Basic Black for the utensils.

The main Designer Paper that looks like a brick(ish) wall is from IN GOOD TASTE. This is another large pack of paper, but it is available to everyone, (not just a hostess).

The black and red plaid designer paper is from one of the Christmas packs of paper that we could get for FREE during the July/August Sale-a-bration. I loved this plaid so ended up with several packs of this paper.

I sure do wish that the tiny heart shaped embellishments would return to our line-up. I'm glad that I stocked up on those as well.
