Are you a Gnome lover? or do you think they are silly?
I used to think they were silly, but now I've got one in my front rose bed and I have one for each holiday in my decorating.
THEN... Stampin' Up! came out with the KINDEST GNOMES Stamp Set and I knew I had to get it. I guess I kind of like to make whimsical cards.
And check out all of the coordinating dies!
AND... Check out the STORYBOOK GNOMES 12x12 designer paper. The dies cut out the images on some of the sheets.
This card was made simply with the stampsI guess this would be considered a clean and simple card
(inspired by Su Mohr) What I changed up... I added a 4" x 5-1/4" Basic White layer because - well, let me be honest... I'm a layering gal and part of me wishes that I would have cut my Basic White at 5" x 3-3/4" and then added another layer behind that, that measures 5-1/8" x 3-7/8"

The grasses came from EASTER FRIENDS (retired) stamp set.
The pretty flower is from a FREE Sale a bration Item called WONDERFUL WORLD

Another Gnome card that I made (inspired by
Su Mohr) The RINGS OF LOVE Designer Paper that is FREE during Sale a bration has 2 full sheets 12x12 of caring sizes of these tree rings. Super cute with the little gnome. This time the gnome is stamped with Memento Ink and colored in with Stampin' Blends. Then the hat was stamped onto some Soft Succulent Designer Paper and hand cut out. I cut out the leaf and the mushrooms also from the Rings of Love Designer Paper. I love making my designer paper do the majority of the work for me!!
The belated birthday greeting was generated on my computer and then for the inside it says... "if only i had gnome" (also generated on my computer.)
