Our daughter has always been partial to owls so I am having a lot of fun with this set.

There is a new layout floating out around the Stampin' Up! world and Pinterest and I have been wanting to give it a try. It is called a FRAMED PANEL CARD

I had so many scraps of designer paper left from all the samples that I have been making for the retreat, it was a good chance to give this layout a try.

I double cut the owl so that I could pop up his head with a little "wobble" spring

Measurements:

Card Base: 4-1/4" x 11 or 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (your choice)
Basic White: (front) 1-3/4"x3"
Basic White: (inside) 4"x5-1/4"
Designer Paper Panels: (I used Dandy Designs free product with a qualifying purchase)

1" x 4-1/8" (2 pieces)
1" x 2-7/8" (2 pieces)

You can adjust your measurements if you want to layer your 1" strips.

I used the new SOMETHING FANCY Bundle for the sentiment and die cut.
