Last week I worked a few days focusing on the MEDITERRANEAN BLOOMS Designer Paper

Gorgeous paper, right??!!

You can get this beautiful paper in a suite that includes the stamp set and dies bundle, the designer paper, and the Opal Rounds embellishments. HOWEVER...the Opal Rounds are on the unorderable list, AND... my suggestion is to purchase the BUNDLE - especially for the fact that from June 5-30 Stampin' Up! is running a promotion for an extra 10% off the bundle price (bringing it to a 20% discount).

I am going to share the cards that I made using only the designer paper

I spent one evening cutting out the lemons and oranges from 4 sheets of the designer paper, then I was ready to assemble all of my cards.

This card was made with some leftover pieces of designer paper that measure 1-1/2" by 1-1/2" on Basic White that measures 3-3/4" x 5". The peachy color DSP circle comes from the FULL OF LIFE 6x6 Designer pack, and cut with the DECKLED CIRCLES DIES. The "thanks" comes from SPOTLIGHT ON NATURE

I love the elegant look of this card. After making the other cards using the cut out pieces of oranges and lemons, I had a bunch of these single ones left. I was inspired by one I saw somewhere, but had no link or name to give credit. I changed it up to make it my own but using the Eyelet Embossing folder instead of the leafy die she used. The little "hello" comes from UNBOUNDED LOVE

This was probably the simplest card using this gorgeous Designer Paper, and it was inspired by Mary Fish

The sympathy stamp and the die are from the new UNBOUNDED LOVE bundle

This card was inspired by Priscilla

I changed up the sentiment, using the "Happy Birthday" from EVERYDAY DETAILS (retired) but I did used the little lemon from SIMPLY SPARKLING like she did. The rectangle is from Everyday Details (current). The Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder was super handy for this background (even if it is retired)

Inspired by Mary Ann Cowan, but I made my card a standard card instead of a fun fold. The "Happy Birthday" comes from UNBOUNDED LOVE

I had a few pieces of DSP left from cutting out the previous card so I used 1" strips for this one, and it was inspired by Patti. The center strip of Basic White is 1-3/4" wide and embossed with the CANE WEAVE 3D Embossing Folder. The Daffodil Delight strips are 1/2" wide

Another take on this same card

This card is the first card that my Tuesday stampers made at yesterday's class. It was inspired by Lesley (no blog) - I changed up the words - choosing to use the "God Bless" stamp from LAYERS OF BEAUTY

I had one full 12x12 sheet of the little lemons left, but no more cut-outs so I decided to pull out my SWEET CITRUS. The reverse side of the lemons is the Night of Navy so I made it the same layout as the previous card, but then I flipped the DSP around and found that I really liked the lemon side better.

Although I changed things up with the paper - just using what I had left over, the design was inspired by Tricia Chuba

Whew! What a bunch of cards that I got just using the DSP - however - there are three cards that I did use the stamp set for the oranges because I ran out of the fussy cut ones from the DSP. But, WOW!! give your DSP a try!!
