Christi's Creative Crew: Flowering Zinnias

Today's card features the FLOWERING ZINNIAS Designer Paper

I've said it before and I will say it again...the designer paper from Stampin' Up! is simply the BEST!! It's so easy to make cards with this gorgeous paper.

This card was inspired by Simone, but she didn't give any instructions on what size she cut the squares - so by trial and error I figured out that a 1-1/8" square worked the best.

Simone used the ZINNIA 3D Embossing Folder, but since I have not invested in that, I pulled out my trusty EXPOSED BRICK Embossing Folder

I cut out two of the flowers from Berry Burst card stock, one Basic Black center, 7 one Pumpkin Pie that rests over the center.

The banner is 5/8" wide and the strips of designer paper measure 3/8" wide

My Tuesday stampers will be making this card at a future class.
