Christi's Creative Crew: Impressions Abloom

When I attended the OnStage event in March we were given the opportunity to pre-order a new bundle for the After Hours stamping time. There were 2 sets that we could choose from and I chose the IMPRESSIONS ABLOOM which is actually an online exclusive.

On May 6 when the new annual catalog went live, the new online exclusives also became available to everyone.

During our stamping time there I made this card.

I didn't have an embossing folder so I scored a double line around the border of my 4" x 5-1/4" Basic White. Some light sponging in the center with Strawberry Slush Ink. The flowers are stamped in Strawberry Slush and Timid Tiger with the centers cut from Secret Sea. We were also given the new In Color Pearls so I added 3 Strawberry Slush pearls.

I pulled this set out again to make a card for my Tuesday stampers

I love the large oval dies included in the bundle.

What I changed up: The embossing folder on the oval - I switched to EXPOSED BRICK, and I changed up the sentiment. However I did use the same stamp set for the sentiment called MORE MESSAGES

My Tuesday Stampers will be able to choose whichever sentiment they like.

I recently returned from North Carolina where I (plus 3 of my team members) attended the OnStage yearly Stampin' Up! event.

It was encouraging and challenging all at the same time
