Christi's Creative Crew: Veterans Day

I love to honor my father and my brother-in-law on Veterans Day and thank them for their service.

These are two cards that I made using the Glittered Napkin technique that I learned from Brandi Cox.

Last year my great-nephew graduated from high school and went on to join the United States Air Force.

Therefore the theme of his graduation open house was patriotic, with red, white, and blue throughout the barn.

The napkins that my niece chose for his open house was the American Flag. This particular napkin only had one panel of each of these two prints, therefore I only got two cards this time around.

I love our flag and all it stands for, and I am very proud to be an American! I love celebrating this day - I'm so very proud of my dad who served in the United States Navy during WW11 when he was only 18 years old. It's amazing that he is still with us today!
