This past weekend I was hired to make two birthday cakes for two different families. This first one (I will share the second one tomorrow) was for a gal at church who has four boys who are all in baseball – so you can imagine how busy she is getting them all to their appointed fields and watching all their games. So this year her husband wanted me to make a baseball themed cake for her and came up with “Happy Birthday to the World’s Best Baseball Mom” to be printed on the cake. It is always a surprise for her each year to see what he comes up with. 
The boys were thrilled, and she said it was wonderfully delicious.
