Place Cards

These are the place cards that we had sitting at everyone's place
at our Thanksgiving table yesterday.

We also made this as a project for the Big Shot Class last week.

Pull up on the ribbon and you have a little note
where everyone can write down what they are thankful for.

When I started dating Dale we celebrated EVERY Thanksgiving Day with his family.
It was a wonderful day that we always looked forward to.
Dad Waite would have us go around the table and each one would
tell what we were thankful for. Sometimes it would be sentimental
and maybe a few tears would be shed, and sometimes there would be something
fun or silly. I would say "you never know what the kids would say", but in this
family it was usually "you never know what the adult men would say."
They had, and still have a habit of being fun-natured, and a bit silly at times.

Wonderful memories that we now cling to with both Mom and Dad Waite
celebrating Thanksgiving in Heaven.
