Here are a few of the cards that we made with this months Paper Pumpkin Kit
Patty made several cards as instructed in the kit but these first three are ones she also made.

I pulled out my list of who I needed to send cards to so I chose to use the STYLIZED BIRTHDAY single stamp set for several of my cards

I made up the gift card holder as instructed, and then I wrote the recipe for my gluten free banana bread on the little lined card.  Now this yummy bread is ready to give away as a gift.
Want the recipe??  Here you go...

Banana Bread
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 . C flour 1 . C Sugar
1 tsp baking soda . tsp salt
In a separate bowl…Combine…
2 eggs 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
. C oil 1/4C plus 1 T buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
Pour into a greased loaf pan (use waxed paper on the bottom)
BAKE 325º for 1 hour and 10 min (depending on your oven it may take a little longer)
Cool & serve
DO NOT DOUBLE THE RECIPE
3 small tins took 1 hour, 17 muffins took 20+ min
Convection oven: 40 min (in the smaller pans)

To make this a Gluten Free Banana Bread I just substitute Gluten Free Flour - but here is the kicker: you need to sift your Gluten Free Flour before you begin.  I put mine in the Vita-Mix and puree it up for several minutes.  This helps to break down the GF flour and now this Banana Bread is sooooo very moist.  Not like your typical GF products.  It is the only way to go!!
Thanks for stopping by!
