Christi's Creative Crew: House Warming Cards

Our neighborhood is really changing.

Last year we had two families move away, and we welcomed two new young couples.

This summer the neighborhood is changing again.

One family moved out and we recently met the new owners, hoping they will join us for the neighborhood picnic this year.

Now the family right next door is moving at the end of summer so we will say good-bye, but will be anxious to welcome the new owners.

Our backyard neighbors are moving out, but our neighbors across the road are moving into that house so at least we are not losing them as neighbors. However, we will miss our backyard neighbors and we will welcome the new neighbors that move in across the road.

This sure is a crazy time with the way houses are selling well above their value.

I took some time to create cards for all the families whether they are coming or going, and we will gift each family with one of Dale's amazing candles.

These cards were inspired by Cheri

This first card is for the families that are moving out

And this second one is for the families moving in. I added the "welcome" and "hi"

The little house is from the Coming Home Dies (retired) (this is why you grab those stamps and dies before they retire because you never know when they will be needed)
