I do not have a large team. Currently I have 35 on my team in 3 levels. Since June is the end of the second quarter making July a pending month, I could easily lose 2-3 team members which is always so sad.
The demonstrator in my direct up line has over 100 team members and my second up-line started with Stampin' Up! when it started over 30 years ago. I think her demo number is 5 or something crazy like that while my demo number is 7 numbers long. I find it really crazy that 1-2 times a year I will get a card from my second level up congratulating me on being in the top 30 in sales for a certain month. (she has nearly 1,000 in her down line). So I find this a great honor. (I've already hit this twice this year).
Because my team is smaller and easily manageable, I enjoy treating them well, rewarding them for top sales, etc.
The top 3 in sales received a Stampin' Up! gift from me but sometimes the next couple only miss being in the top 3 by mere dollars so I gift a treat to them.
2 gals received a treat box filled with candy for top sales (#4 & #5) for the month of June
The other 4 boxes went to the gals for top sales (#4-#7) who had sales over $1,000 for the
second quarter.
I also gift my direct line with 1% rewards according to their sales for the quarter so I like to make tags to add to their gifts.
I love these tags (inspired by Chat W) which uses all of the new in colors: Evening Evergreen, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink, & Soft Succulent. As well as the Hand Penned Petals Stamp Set.I am so thankful for my team for sticking with me over the years. I started on my Stampin' Up! journey in 2008 taking advantage of the sign on deal during Sale-a-bration. In 3 months I had my first recruit and she is still with me today, and what a big help she is to me!! My goal was to take advantage of the savings that all demonstrators get because if I was going to buy the product anyway I might just as well get it at a discount. I never dreamed that I would have a team like this nor did I ever dream that I would hold classes and enjoy it so much.
Things have changed over the years. I rarely do any in-home classes where I come to your home, but I hold my Tuesday classes every week where ladies come to stamp with me here in my home. I have slowed down on Stamp a Stack classes because the interest was waning, however now that Covid is over, the interest is starting to peek again.
One of my favorite classes is my monthly Card Club. This club is made up of 7 gals right now so our club goes for 7 months. This is a commitment class where you make a minimum purchase of $35 and one of those months you are the hostess and receive the hostess credits. This has been very popular. These 7 ladies have been with me for a few years now and I am totally open to having a second Card Club if you have some friends that you want to gather together each month. I would love to hold this second club class each month for you and your friends.
I would LOVE to have you join my team - you do not need to live in my area as we have team members in AZ, TN and AK. For only $99.00 you get $125.00 in product of your choice. (when I signed on there was a set list of products that you got) so the way they do it now is so much better. Please contact me if you have any questions. You can also follow the links I have provided below to purchase the starter kit or to place an order with me. I appreciate it ALL!
I would also love to have you join a monthly Card Club. Please contact me for all the details.
