Christi's Creative Crew: Blessings of Home with Honeybees

Today my hubby and I celebrate 45 years of marriage! WOW! where have all these years gone?

One week from now we will leave on vacation to celebrate - heading south to Jekyll Island off the coast of Georgia. We've never been there, but we love to go to new places. It's been a long time since we've taken a nice vacation (2018 was our last one to Greece)

So where is my hubby today? He is on a two day fishing excursions with some of the men from church.

Do I mind? Absolutely not! This is such a wonderful time for the men to bond and I get a day to spend with my friend, Janell. After a doctor appointment we will meet up for lunch and some girl time.

Here is the fourth card that the ladies made at the May Card Class

I wanted to use the new TWIGS & SPRIGS Embossing Folder, and the FABULOUS FRAMES DIES.

I came up with this card which features the smaller flower bouquet from BLESSINGS OF HOME Stamp Set.

I was super excited that the Pool Party sheer ribbon was carried over for another year. I probably use this ribbon the most of any. Probably because Pool Party is one of my go-to colors.

I colored in the flowers using Stampin' Blends in these colors: Pool Party combo, Flirty Flamingo Dark, Soft Seafoam Dark and Soft Succulent light for the leaves, with Petal Pink light for the center of the flowers.

We made a second card that day using the same BLESSINGS OF HOME Stamp Set but this time we used the larger floral bouquet
