BEFORE:
AND AFTER:
Tyler let Grampa borrow his Curious George Monkey and now we make a cute pair. BTW - we took third place for our costumes! (We lost out to a bag lady and the Statue of Liberty). Staying in character I didn't talk, but did a lot of smiling, and gesturing because we all know that kangaroos don't talk! Dale had to be very attentive to know what I needed all night...it was great!
Here are some more pictures of our fun evening... Our MC was "Donald Trump"
We had Broadway musical numbers
We laughed at fun skits
And we even had a visit from "Frank Sinatra"
We ate typical New York foods and purchased "stocks" at the NY Stock Exchange (donating money for our missionary to take some of their group on their first mission trip)
Now in the spirit of a zoo theme I will show you a card we are making at the Stamp A Stack Class this month. And BTW - there is still plenty of room at the Thursday, February 21st 7PM class so let me hear from you ASAP if you want to reserve a spot at my table.Stamp Set: ZOO REVIEW, EASY EVENTS
