What an honor it was to be asked to bake the cakes for the Primary Election yesterday for Bill Huizenga. His sister-in-law attends our church and his regular cake lady was on vacation so I was asked to make them. One was a simple sheet cake just frosted and edged for serving so I didn’t take a picture of that one but this was the “show” cake for them – and they also served it once the sheet cake was gone
Oh, and by the way… He WON!! Not that my cake had anything to do with it (tehe) It was a very close race but he came out ahead.
