Another Fabulous Flowers card for another Fabulous Friend!! Happy Birthday Joan!! I forget what the technique is called but I embossed WW craft ink with white embossing powder on black cardstock, then I embossed black craft ink with black embossing powder on Whisper White Cardstock.

CS: Basic Black, Real Red, WW
INK: Basic Black Classic and Craft, Whisper White Craft
Accessories, Ticket Corner Punch, Black Gingham 1/4” ribbon, Scallop Circle Punch, White Gel Pen, Red Brad, White and Black Embossing Powder, Heat tool.
