Who lives with a Pineapple under the Sea?
SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS!!
While I am not a huge Sponge Bob fan, my customers are,
so when I saw this card idea made by Kari I thought I
would make a few up to have on hand for all those Sponge Bob fans.
Kari is in LeeAnn Greff's down line and does not have a blog of
her own so LeeAnn posted it HERE on her blog.
Here is a list of the punches you will use for Sponge Bob:
Eyelashes: Word Window cut off straight with a scissor
Eyes: 1/2" Circle in Basic Black, 1" in Blue (I used Pacific Point),
1 3/4" Circle in Whisper White, Kari hand cut a piece of black card stock
to go behind the WW of the eye, but I had a Nestability Framelit that fit it perfectly
Nose: Word Window
Cheeks: 1" Circle
Mouth: Wide Oval in Basic Black, and then punch out a bit from the top
using your 1" Circle punch
Teeth: One Word Window Punch cut in half and trimmed to fit the shape of the mouth
Tongue: Heart Punch in Regal Rose
The base of the card was made using Daffodil Delight card stock and textured
with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. A little sponging in Black
around the cheeks and nose helps to "lift: them apart from all the yellow.
Now that I look at it, I think I am going to go back and add some white
gel pen to the eyes to give him just a bit more character.
Thanks For Stopping By!
Have a Blessed Day!!
Christi
