Do you absolutely LOVE the EXTRAORDINARY FLORA WASHI TAPE?
I loved the different way that Yvonne had for this card - kind of like a jigsaw puzzle.
You could recess the floral pieces by popping up the Basic White piece and setting the pieces inside, but I chose to keep my flat - mostly because of the cost of postage, and the other reason was because I didn't think of it before I attached it LOL!! - I set them in there with some Mini Glue Dots.
I used some retired ribbon to wrap around and then tie a simple knot.
What I changed up was the sentiment. Instead of "celebrate" I chose the "Happy Birthday" from GO TO GREETINGS - a retired set, but still one of my favorites.
After cutting the die from the Basic White I ran it through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine with the EXPOSED BRICK Embossing Folder.
My colors are LOST LAGOON with the Basic White.
The measurements for this card are a bit bigger than our standard 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".
Basic White: 4" x 5-3/4"
Lost Lagoon: 4-1/4" x 6"
Base: Thick White: 9" x 6-1/4" scored at 4-1/2"
