Gently Falling

Thursday, November 14, 2013
A few weeks ago we had our pictures taken with our grand kids in the beautiful Spring Grove Park.  This is the park that I have taken many photos of my day care kids - especially in the fall when the leaves are beautiful and abundant.  We started this tradition when Tyler was 18 months old so each year we can see how everyone has changed in the past year.  So here are two cards that I made using the Birch paper that comes in the THANKFUL TABLESCAPE SIMPLY CREATED KIT #133463 $19.95 found on page 18 of the Holiday Catalog.
And here are a few pictures of that were taken that day!

Never Throw It Away!

Tuesday, October 1, 2013
A couple months ago we made this card at our Punch Art Class - inspired by Patti Bennett
To make the crust of the pizza I used the CIRCLES COLLECTION FRAMELITS  (#130911 $26.95) which left me with this large circle left over.

As I am preparing for my Stamp A Stack classes for this month I needed some cut outs from the WINDOW FRAMES COLLECTION FRAMELITS (#129021 $26.95).
This is one of the cards we will be making at the October Stamp A Stack Classes!!

Gently Falling

Thursday, November 15, 2012
For this card I used some retired wood panel pieces.  Not sure why I never used these when they were current because I really like how this card (inspired by Sarah Wills) turned out.
In fact, this is the card that I sent out to the gals in my down line.
I am definitely Thankful for them all!
And...if you follow me on Facebook you may have seen that we welcomed
in another member to Christi's Creative Crew this past week!!

First Day of Fall

Friday, September 21, 2012
Today is the very first full day of Fall!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Fall season!
The weather is so beautiful and life tends to take on a "normal" routine.
The only sad thing about saying good-bye to Summer is the fact that I can
no longer wear my white capris.  I put them on the first day of Spring and
during Spring and Summer I wear them the majority of the time.
So good bye sweet Capris I will see you again next Spring (sigh)
So I thought I should share a Fall inspired card with you
(inspired by Charlene Boyachek)
MENU:
SS: Gently Falling, Countryside, Teeny Tiny Wishes
CS: Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla, Watercolor Paper
INK: Stazon, Cajun Craze Early Espresso, Pacific Point, Garden Green
Accessories: Buttons, Linen Thread, Aqua Painter, Markers in
Crumb Cake and Real Red

Thanks For Stopping By!

Have a Blessed Day!!

Big Shot Class

Monday, November 14, 2011
Tonight is my Big Shot Class!
If you live in my area we would love to have you join us.

This is one of the four projects that we will be making at tonight's class.
Using the Stocking Die we are creating this cute gift card holder.

Think how fun this would be if you change up the color to make it look like a
baby bootie and use it as a gift card holder for a baby shower!

There will be two Christmas themed projects and two Fall/Thanksgiving
themed projects at tonight's class

Here is one of the Thanksgiving/Fall themed projects...

This cute little box was made using the Scalloped Envelope Die
You can decorate this any way you want - Change up the color/theme, and stamps
and you can have a cute treat or favor for a baby or bridal shower.
The options are endless!

Cost for tonight's class is only $20 for four projects
