Birthday Blooms

I held my April Card Class last weekend. I wanted to feature products and stamps that are on the LAST CHANCE LIST.

Here are a couple birthday cards that we made

Card #1 we used the Blossoms In Bloom Stamp Set, Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape, Crushed Curry, Balmy Blue & Granny Apple Green inks. Inspired by: Jill

Card #2 - totally gorgeous! 

The Parisian Embossing Folder used on the Smoky Slate card stock was drawn out by using some white ink on a sponge or a dauber. It just brings out the beautiful embossing so much!

I'm super happy that the Medium Daisy Punch and the Bough Punch is carried over to the new annual catalog but my favorite Ornate Layers Dies are retiring soon.

Purple Tulip Fields

The windmill cards that we have been making have been super popular. I will give you a heads up - the windmill dies are NOT being carried over to the new annual catalog. They are available in the January to June Mini Catalog. Of course the cut off date for that catalog is June 30, BUT...the retiring list for that catalog will come out first part of June and then everything is "while supplies last". If you don't want to miss out on these you NEED to order them ASAP!! - Oh, and that paper!! yes please!! it is gorgeous!! 

This is considered a faux step card, super easy and not as much fancy cutting.

Instead of a mini brad I made the windmill blades stationary and used a Metallic Dot.

This card was inspired by Pinterest The name on the photo is too blurry to give the correct credit due, but I was able to figure out how to make it just by looking at the photo.

Waves on The Horizon

Today I'm sharing a  couple "out-doorsy" cards that we made at last weeks Come Stamp With  Me Tuesday class

This card totally sold out and was made with the Waves Of The Ocean Bundle.  Such a cool set! I used Patty Bennetts tips on how to stamp my wave in multiple colors using the Stamparatus and the pelican on the logs. 

The fluffy cloud are from After The Storm Stamp Set

This second card is totally current products AND none of it is going to be retired, but will be in the new annual catalog. YEAH! In fact the "happy birthday" is from a brand new stamp set coming to the new annual catalog May 3rd, called Happiness Abounds". I'm sure you will be seeing me use this set A LOT!!

The scenery is from Oceanfront and On The Horizon.
And don't you just love the Pebbles Enamel Shapes??!!

Sunshine Wishes & Counting Sheep

So many beautiful products that are retiring May 2nd - Not to be totally sad, because there are so many great new products that are coming in the new annual catalog on May 3rd.

The little flowers were cut directly out from the Pattern Party Designer Paper that is a LARGE pack of 12x12 double sided papers as a Hostess Reward product.

Flowering Tulips Make & Take

Debbie offered to do our Make & Take project for our team meeting last week.

What a bang-up job! and it's an "over and above" card as far as I'm concerned. Look at all the die cutting that she did ahead of time.

She gave us a choice of three different colors, Poppy Parade, Mango Melody, or Rich Razzleberry

She featured the TULIP DIES - that, YES! are carried over to the new annual catalog. I'm so glad she gave us a try at this because it is something I have not purchased and it was good to give it a try. The pretty FLOWERING FIELDS Designer Paper has been one of the best sellers. It will be available through June, but after that it is gone. 

This split fold card measures 8-1/2" x 11" scored at 5-1/2" on the 11" side and 4-1/4" on the 8-1/2" side

Next step is to cut it on a diagonal. super simple and it gives your card a very cool look.

Way To Goat Stamp Set is on the LAST CHANCE LIST as well as the IN GOOD TASTE Designer Paper

I was hoping that the NEW HORIZONS 6x6 Designer Paper would carry over from the January to June Mini Catalog, but it is not. I have bought several of these packages because they are so versatile and I love  them so much. They work perfectly on fun folds like this. She added some stamps from ON THE HORIZON Stamp Set. Yeah!! this stamp set is carried over to the new Annual Catalog!! (but if you want to get some of this paper - now is the time to get it.)

This last card Pam made for me for Easter - Love it! thank you Pam!
