Last week Thursday was our Team Christmas Party.  We had enough food to feed a small army and boy was it yummy!
I'm terrible at taking pictures at events like this because I am just enjoying my time so much.  My goal again this year was to get a group picture, but once again I totally forgot.
I did, however, take pictures of all the Showbox Swaps that the ladies prepared and we enjoyed making.

Candy Cane Lane Gingerbread Houses

I cannot believe that it is the last day of November already! Only 25 days until Christmas!! Are you ready?? Guess it is time to start preparing all the cards that I will be sending out this year.  How about you? will you be making one style of card or a variety??  For the ladies who come on Tuesday's they have a huge step up on their Christmas Card supply, and quite a nice variety too.  This Christmas card is one of my favorites that we made at last weeks COME STAMP WITH ME TUESDAY Class.  It features the fabulously fun CANDY CANE LANE Designer Series Paper.

This card coordinates with the fun Gingerbread Treat Houses that I made for the craft sales and the topper for the test tubes that were in the October Paper Pumpkin

Just Braggin'

Time again to brag on my team members and all the beautiful cards that they shared at our team meeting.

Carla was on a roll making cards. She made this one for Donne for her birthday and the next 2 Fall themed cards for the craft sale we were in on Saturday 

 So stunning

Inez shared this cute card she made using the Hostess Exclusive stamp set LOVE YOU LOTS

Lynda made this adorable card for her daughter's engagement party.  She used the colors of the wedding, Yellow and Purple, and the bride plans to carry sunflowers.  I love how we can design our cards exclusively for the occasions.

Paula made this beautiful easel card that has one of the little tea light size, battery operated lights behind the vellum. She used the stamp set JAR OF CHEER, and I am so thankful that we got a HOLLY BERRY PUNCH

Last, but not least, Dawn shared this quick and easy masculine card using a favorite stamp set WETLANDS

 This Christmas card was made using a previous Paper Pumpkin Kit - May 2016 (my favorite one to date).  Elegant with the Silver Embossing and the Dazzling Details Glimmer Paper!!

 I love the Cups and Kettles framelits.  Wish they had carried over to the annual catalog, but that is the beauty of the Tuesday class - I can use up my retired product and supplies.

This one, too, was a favorite called BEAUTIFUL RIDE.  Love that little Love Bug!!  I teamed it up with GORGEOUS GRUNGE and TIMELESS TEXTURES.  The Happy Birthday comes from GUY GREETINGS.

Thoughtful Leaves

This card was also made using the THOUGHTFUL BRANCHES Stamp Set.  I cased the card from the acting CEO of Stampin' Up!, Sara Douglas, from her live Facebook event.
Isn't this beautiful!

The top layer is watercolor paper.  Simply tape off 3 sides using washi tape (painters tape would work as well) then using your AQUAPAINTER add color.  I used CALYPSO CORAL, DAFFODIL DELIGHT and PEAR PIZZAZZ ink refills.  I did the first layer light, dried it with my HEAT TOOL and the did a second layer making it darker.
I did the same thing on scrap watercolor paper and stamped the leaves from the THOUGHTFUL BRANCHES stamp set using VERSA MARK and CLEAR EMBOSSING POWDER.  Then using a SPONGE DAUBER I rubbed EARLY ESPRESSO INK over it (this is the emboss resist technique) and cut out with the coordinating framelit.  The splatters are made with your CALYPSO CORAL MARKER and flicking it with the cap.  A little LINEN THREAD around the bottom gives it an earthy feel for fall.

Guest Stamper, Donne

My guest stamper for today is my dear friend, Donne.  Donne is actually not in my downline but instead she is in my SIDE line.  This means we signed up to be a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator under the same person.  Since our direct upline has retired I invited Donne to come to the C3 (Christi's Creative Crew) Team meeting so she can help me when I need to bounce ideas off from her.  Donne is famous for lots and lots of great shares.  She is a fabulous demonstrator and we can all glean great ideas from her.
These are the cards that she shared...

 Thoughtful Branches was her focus.  Here she used it to make a Christmas Card

 I'm really loving this one, and she even brought me some Designer Paper FROM THE PLAYFUL PALETTE 6x6 paper stack.  so I can make some for the store!!  WOOT!! WOOT!!

 Another Christmas Card from THOUGHTFUL BRANCHES.  She combined it with the SOFTLY FALLING Embossing Folder and the CHRISTMAS GREETING THINLITS DIES.

This could be a Christmas Card as well, but I love how she also used the SWIRLY SCRIBBLES Thinlits for the snow.  I will be casing this one for sure!

She used the beautiful FLORAL BOUTIQUE Designer Paper for this card with the FLORAL PHRASES Stamp Set and the very cool Happy Birthday is a single stamp called STYLIZED BIRTHDAY

 Oh. my goodness,  her cards are so cute and I cannot wait to get out my new stash (which arrived yesterday!!) to make this darling bird card. The stamp set is BEST BIRDS and it can be bought in a bundle (saving you 10%) with the Framelits called BIRDS & BLOOMS.

Last, but not least, is this darling card using the flower stamp from the JAR OF LOVE Stamp Set that can also be bundled with the EVERYDAY JARS Framelits.  So simple and cute.
